This south-facing apartment located on the third floor of the building features an open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which can be opened into a sofa bed for 2), dining table for six and flat screen TV. The dining area has dining table with six armchairs. The open plan kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, vitro ceramic, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water kettle.
From the living room you can access the bedroom that is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has recessed wardrobes, a mirror and nightstands with lamps.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with a rain head, sink and toilet. The apartment was totally renovated in May 2017, using only the best quality materials.

A 21m2 terrace is accessible from the living room. The terrace can be covered on hot summer days. It is furnished with a six-seat rattan dining table. From here you can hear the soothing sound of the sea and can admire the beautiful sea views.

The apartment, is minimalistic but well appointed, just like the photos online. Close proximity to the beach, and also short walk into Elviria - for various pubs, restaurants and shops. Would certainly recommend.

This was my first Airbnb and my first trip to Spain. Just 40 minutes from the Malaga airport, the property was a good deal and in a perfect location. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. You're close to the beach, restaurants, walking paths, and grocery store. It also happens to be really close to Nikki Beach if you're into that. Its truly a great location. You also have the casino 15 mins away, Plaza Naranja in Old Town Marbella 15 mins away. About an hour away you can take a drive for the afternoon to Ronda, Tarifa, Granada, and other breathtaking places. The building the apartment is in used to be a huge old hotel that has been redone/modernized. Its a grand and beautiful open space. There is a restaurant in the middle/roof of the building called I think JP's. Great to have a cocktail up there and listen to the live music they have. I believe they do live music there on Fridays. The property has a gym you can pay for if you want to work out. If you walk a minute down to the beach they have a really great restaurant right there. The food is soooo amazing and you have good view. All the beaches in the area are rocky because I think Spain was formed by a volcano. They de-rock most of the beaches (something I never knew was done). The beach thats right by the apartment, they didn't remove the rocks this season so bring water shoes. Also, if you want a cheap fake Chanel purse, you're in luck, because they have people walking up and down all the beaches selling them. The apartment itself is very modern, yet comfortable. Kind of like an Ikea advertisement. Its facing the beach, but not right on the beach. Nice and quiet. You don't have to worry about neighbors or anyone bothering you. Gorgeous deck thats nice to have breakfast on or a evening glass of wine. Pool: The pool thats open is down right by the entrance to the beach. Location-wise, its considered the front of the complex. Its relaxing, theres both kids and adults, they have lawn chairs and you're right next to the beach and urban walking path. The other 2 pools right by the apartment have been closed since May 2016 (not sure when they'll open). Overview: I would definitely stay here again. At first I was worried and stressed about the strict rules, but everything turned out just fine. Andrea and Dragos are totally normal and just want to make sure you're not a bunch of teenagers coming in to mess-up or break things. Great location, relaxing atmosphere, clean and beautiful apartment. What to bring: Water shoes, beach towels or mat, blanket if you get cold when you sleep, soap/shampoo for shower, washing detergent if you're staying for a long time and need to wash a load of clothing. We only had one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper, and were...

Recomiendo este apartamento para quien busco una estancia tranquila cerca de la playa. El apartamento es muy cómodo para 2 o 3 personas, es moderno y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable; se encuentra cerca de la playa y la urbanización tiene varias piscinas. La limpieza era excelente, y la comunicación y el trato de los anfitriones fue perfecto. Sin duda volveré a alojarme con ellos.
