This is an excellent flat, very comfortable and clean. Jon and Tracey were excellent hosts, even leaving some essential items in the fridge. Highly recommended.

This was our first airbnb and what a brilliant start. Tracey welcomed us and she was very helpful, had lots of useful local knowledge and tips. We were staying for the Reading Festival but are inspired to return to see the local sites as it sounds as though there are very picturesque places to visit. The bungalow has all you need, after a long drive up and knowing the second night would be big with the festival we opted to stay in and cook, it was also so nice that we felt no need to head out. The co-op that is within minutes has plenty on offer and the bungalow comes well stocked with fresh bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and honey to list a few things. Even condiments that we would've easily forgotten about such as cooking oil, salt and pepper and sauces, we had all we needed. They were even kind enough to leave snacks for us. My girlfriend loved all the cleaning tools as she is a clean freak and I can't really say enough nice things about it all. The house rules are more than reasonable and when you're there, it's clean and tidy so you want to keep it that way. We even left our footwear outside after the festival (not a rule, but we wanted to). We hope to return and can easily recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay - Jon and Tracey's bungalow is beautiful. We stayed for a short trip but it would be ideal for a longer visit too as it had everything you'd need. There's a lovely outdoor space, though sadly we sadly didn't get to use it due to the terrible weather! It'd be a great spot for a relaxed drink in the evenings. Inside the bungalow is furnished well with a breakfast bar plus chairs by the kitchen, and a cosy sofa in the lounge leading to the bedroom with a very comfortable bed - there's plenty of space, and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and all-important tea and coffee-making facilities! Tracey had kindly left some bread and milk as well as snacks which were much appreciated after the journey down. Tracey was a fab host, and was on hand to show us around and answer our questions - it was easy to keep in touch and we felt very comfortable there. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely come back if we're in the area and recommend it to others.
