This bright and colourful studio apartment is on the first floor of the building. It has a comfortable double bed, a dining area with seating for 4 and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, microwave and kettle. There is an electric instant shower in the bathroom and high speed broadband. The back yard is for all guests to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The apartment is right beside the Luas line so it can be an issue for people who are sensitive to noise. We have other apartments in the same building so please let us know if you would prefer a quieter space.
