The whole unit is composed of the main house and an extension that has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, two (2) kitchen spaces, a dining room and a spacious living room. The rooms are fully tiled floors, has A/C, and cabinets are provided in each room. All in all, the house can accommodate seven (7) to ten (10) people comfortably. Guests have access to all rooms/areas of the house.
Guests can access the kitchen, dining and living room areas.
Other things to note
Owner has pets (dogs) but are harmless and will be kept away from guests.
In order to make the guest’s stay as pleasant as possible, strict observance of the following rules and policies as an agreement between the guest and Owner is requested:
CHECK-IN. Check-In time is flexible. Please present a valid Identification Card upon Check-In.
NO SMOKING. This is a No Smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere, especially inside the rooms. A fine of Php 1,000 will be strictly implemented.
CHECK-OUT. Check-Out time is at 12:00 noon. Guests must inform the Owner if they wish to extend their stay before this time. Extension will be given depending on availability. On failure of the guest to vacate the room in due time, the Owner shall have the right to transfer the guest’s belongings from the room occupied. In addition, the Owner will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the transfer.
VISITING HOURS. Visitors are only allowed to stay in the guest room until 9:00pm. If a visitor wish to stay beyond this time, they will be charged Php 249 accordingly for each extra person.
HOUSEKEEPING. Housekeeping staff regularly conducts cleaning services. To avoid being disturbed, guests must inform the Owner beforehand. The Owner reserves the right to check up on the guests at any given time.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their visitors or any person whom they are responsible. Guests will be charged accordingly for any loss or damage to the property including, but not limited to, towel and bed sheet satin, broken bathroom fixtures, room amenities and appliance, etc.
OWNER’S LIEN ON GUEST’S LUGGAGE & BELONGINGS. In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the Owner shall have a lien on their luggage and belongings and be entitled to detail the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest.
GUEST’S BELONGINGS. Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and going to bed. The Owner will not in any way be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest’s belongings or property left inside the room or any other part of the establishment. Left and unclaimed items will be kept for a period of 30 days from the guest’s departure date.
PETS. Pets are strictly not allowed inside.
HAZARDOUS GOODS. Bringing in or storing of any article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods/drugs and/or items of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, visitors, agents and staff for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may caused by such goods or as a result of the guest’s own negligence. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poison, drugs, animal and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
PORNOGRAPHY & PROSTITUTION. Act of pornography and prostitution is strictly prohibited. Guests engaged in these acts shall be reported to authorities immediately.
OWNER’S RIGHTS. It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises. The Owner has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas on account of acts or behavior prejudicial to the welfare and safety of other guests and staff.
