Good points: Brand new apartment Good equipment Beautiful view Safe Air conditioning Comfortable bed Good space for 2 people Private parking Two bikes included Not so good: The building is a mix of business and residential. At night it seems "abandoned" (however, is safe) Wi-Fi is weak

In general we liked our stay. When we needed to contact the host, the response was quick, though there were multiple individuals and telephone numbers and some cross-communication. The apartment is spacious and has a nice view of the city wall and when windows shut you cannot hear any cars from the relatively busy road. ACs were working and were good. The roof terrace was also a bonus. Here are a few things that could be improved or what was different from our other airbnb experiences: 1) Internet is not broadband and needs to be topped up. It worked until the last evening but then it stopped because it needed to be topped up. In fairness the host offered to top it up, but for some reason the number from the device was incorrect and we let it be. 2) The majority of the building is actually used as office space, most of which seems vacant. Sometimes it was a bit odd to be the only residents in the whole complex. 3) The main gate to the building gets locked after 10 or 11 pm. So we had to go round and get access through the garage, which was a bit of a pain. 4) We are used to places that have some basics available in the apartment, such as soap, etc. For example, our host from our second place in our second week totally spoilt us with providing us with oil, bread, and other small goodies, which of course all are gestures of good will. All in all, we did like our stay in this place and we think it has even got a bigger potential for becoming an amazing place. Thanks.

Spacious, well located and newly equipped apartment. Excellent place for visiting the area (Lucca, Pisa, and Cinque Terre). Private, garage parking spot was very practical. Air conditioning was well appreciated during the hot, summer nights!
