Newly remodeled, great location on the River Trail, close to the gondola, Town Park, the library, Clark's Market, Main Street, etc. Ski in/out for expert skiers. Listen to the San Miguel River....
Awesome views! Light and bright. Newly remodeled. Two gas fireplaces, granite and limestone countertops, cherry wood cabinets, wide-plank wood floors, breakfast bar, bistro table (seats 4-6), travertine stone in bathrooms, one bathroom with full bath, one with shower (and views!), washer/dryer. Stocked with amenities, and basic kitchen and laundry supplies. 2 bedrooms, 1 loft. Second queen bed is in a loft up a fairly steep staircase.
Outside access is via short dirt path, wooden walkway, and 2 flights of stairs. Bedrooms are on 2 different levels. Think mountain treehouse!
Parents will need to watch small kiddos around staircases and gas appliances. 4 windows in LR don't have screens (so as not to block view). All other windows are screened. In summer, if LR windows are open, parents will need to be mindful of small children near windows without screens.
All space available except a small owner's closet beneath the staircase. There is also a ski locker available. Just ask!

Other things to note
Lodging tax for Town of Telluride, San Miguel County and State of CO is 15%. The Airbnb website does not have a way to charge for this upfront so we will have to send a "special request" for the lodging taxes after you book.
We don't rent to anyone under 25 years old.
- No Shoes. No Pets. No Smoking.
- No ski boots/skis in the condo. There is a private ski locker available.
- You will be charged $95 for a missing parking pass.
- Please be careful not to accidentally turn off pilot lights in gas fireplaces.
