Stay in the centre of it all right where the highly-desirable district of Sunalta meets the Beltline - voted Calgary's top community two years running in this amazing space renovated specifically as a full-time Airbnb apartment. It's a literal minute out the front door to the boutiques, restaurants and pubs of 17th Ave SW. You're 900m to the Sunalta C-Train station to connect essentially anywhere in the city and - because you're in the core - Car2go, Uber, transit and taxis are plentiful.

The space

This listing is for a ~700 square foot, fully-contained two-bedroom apartment comprising the entire main floor of a restored Victorian home in a quiet neighbourhood. The two private bedrooms contain three beds that will sleep five comfortably and two more can sleep on a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. Take full advantage of the high speed wifi, cable TV, full and well-stocked kitchen featuring gas range, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All the basics are provided including private parking for one vehicle on a pad behind the home.

Guests will have full and exclusive use of the entire private main floor apartment.

Interaction with guests

We are easily reached during normal waking hours by SMS, phone or email should you have general questions or concerns and we'll be happy to hear from you. We live ~20 minutes away from the property if needed for emergencies.

We are pleased to offer our guests coffee and a selection of teas. They are stocked near the coffee maker and kettle in the kitchen.

We are also able to provide access to laundry facilities in a separate part of the house for longer stays.

You can't beat the location of this home. Very clean and spacious sleeping areas. The parking spot only steps from the door was a huge bonus. Well-equipped kitchen. Christine's communication was excellent, including great directions to the suite as well as tips on where to eat.
