Although situated in such a vibrant area, this home is on the rear side of the building, delightfully quiet with an urban but green outlook.
The spacious, light-filled apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed that can be split into two single beds, and plenty of storage space. The living area comprises a living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen as well as a study perfect for a quiet moment’s work or relaxation.
The building was designed in the 1930’s in the International Style, which was developed from the Bauhaus Style. Named “The White City” Tel Aviv was recognized by UNESCO in 2003 as a World Heritage Site. You can join a guided tour of the neighborhood to learn more about these architectural styles.
When renovating the apartment, the owners made a special effort to maintain its original characteristics such as the green floor tiles, and decorated it with original artwork and much attention to detail.
Esperanto home is named after the international language which was invented by Ludwig L. Zamenhof.
