Hi Edith. Appreciate your positive comments and sorry to hear about multiple random issues that you faced. Please do note we never knew you had upstairs AC issue (note we have two) that night until the next day. We were sad to hear that you had children staying and they experienced discomfort since we weren't aware of this, nor immediately notified of the AC issue. Both ACs (1 for each floor) and fridge have been working flawlessly for all the previous and post guests, and also during our multiple stays. After your issue, we had our AC tech come by and they mentioned that AC is functioning normal, and that any AC can trip once a while, just flip it back on. Fridge never tripped and was set to 2 instead of higher number which helps with rapid cooling when over stuffed. For electric range, two back burners failed during your stay probably due to 3 cooks in the kitchen using all four burners, oven and other heavy duty appliances? :) We are advising future guests to only use front two burners in the electric range until we replace it, while remaining appliances should function normal based on additional diagnoses performed by an electrician and an appliance technician we had called after your stay. Regardless, we will closely monitor the AC and appliances for future issues.
