A bright, sunny duplex apartment in the heart of the Atlantic Seaboard. Beautifully refurbished by a local designer, you won't want to leave the comforts of this home.
Shops, restaurants (private access to De Waterkant Village from the parking bay ). The promenade, a golf course and Bo Kaap are also within walking distance.
Table Mountain and pristine beaches are only a few minutes' drive away.
The area has a quaint, village feel about it and it is safe to walk the narrow, villa lined streets.

The space

This loft is designed with two private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (bath and shower). In a modern building, fully equipped for a self-catering vacation (plus a wine fridge for all your Franschhoek purchases!). Table and chairs for the terrace as soon as the weather is nice .There is a pool and a gym for you to use.
Guest parking bay in the residence and 24 hr security guard and a locked garage that owner let at your disposal
This apartment feels airy and spacious with its high ceiling and high windows – it is bright and sunny.
Take your breakfast on the large terrace or enjoy a drink on the comfy sofa all whilst feeling relaxed and taking in the view, day or night, with your favorite songs playing in the background (JVC bluetooth speaker is set up for you).

Guest access

The complex is extremely secure. Access is remote controlled. Guests have to sign in and are "screened" by the security guard. The apartment includes a gym, barbecue area, pool, but also a private and closed garage located in the basement and a parking spot .

The accommodation ticked all boxes. Stylish, clean and comfortable. The proximity to the shops and the V&A Waterfront was a pleasant walk. All our needs and more were met.. we highly recommend Delphine's place!

Excellent apartment, centrally located, stylish and sparkling clean! We all loved our time here and I would certainly recommend the place and stay there again myself! Friendly agents that manage the apartment and are very keen to assist. There are a couple of things missing, which are: Table for the outside balcony, the view is superb and its a shame you can't eat outside. It would also be wonderful to have a small braai on the balcony. The bedrooms would be awesome if there was a black out curtain/ blind- far too much light in the mornings. Overall an excellent time spent at these apartments :)

For safety reasons the BC does not recommend Braai on the terrace, but there are 2 available at any time near the swimming pool for all our guest :) ... so one word : Just come back ! Cheers Delphine

I stayed in this property with my mother for 8 nights and was greatly disappointed with the management company. The location was great and the apartment looks as luxurious in person as the pictures portray. However, there were many issues that left me completely unsatisfied with my stay. Once my reservation had been confirmed, I received an email from the management company stating: "I'd like to inform you that we have some delay to fix our Wi-Fi but Alison can guide you to Vodafone located to Cape Quater at a walking distance from our flat. You can take a lumpsum /Sim carte easily and not expensive." That is completely unacceptable for a property that states WiFi as one of it's amenities. I let them know that this was going to be a problem. After much back and forth, they came up with a solution and were able to find a router to provide us with decent WiFi. The other issue we had was with the apartment's cleanliness. It was very apparent that the apartment had been superficiality cleaned, but a deep cleaning was not done. The bath tub on the second floor was dirty and not in a condition for me to take a shower in. The floors were dusty and clearly hadn't been swept. Additionally, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms (there was an empty bottle in 1st fl bath), there no trash bags, no paper towel or dish towels for the kitchen, only 3 rolls of toilet paper (for an 8 night stay with two women :/), and not other "essentials" as was listed in the description. I contacted the Management company to alert them of the dirty tub and lack of essentials. I was told that someone would be there later that day to provide me with the requested supplies. I heard nothing from them again and there were no supplies left. So The next day, I contacted them again and they told me that they were having a "manic day" and someone would drop it off the next morning. I checked again the next day and again nothing was left and no one contacted me. I gave up trying to contact them as I was annoyed that I would have to hunt them down to get soap for the bathroom. Finally after the weekend, I decided to contact them one more time and they said there was some kind of mix up and the things were dropped off, which they definitely were not. Long annoying story short, we finally got the Essentials we requested 6 days after we initially checked in (everything except for the cleaning supplies for the dirty bath tub and toilet paper because they told us that they only provide 4 rolls of toilet paper per stay and we were responsible for any extra. Although we only had 3 rolls in our apt when we checked in and our stay was just over a week). I really liked the...

Hi Tyesha, thank you for your comments. In response, as soon as your booking came through the owner informed you that the Wifi was in process of being installed. With you then wanting to cancel the booking, we made a plan and got a decent Wifi for your entire stay that the owner pay for, regardless of cost. With regards to amenities, the essentials of towels, bedding and toilet paper are supplied. For handsoap, as soon as you asked, we went to deliver the requested items but the reception desk did mess this up. When we have been informed about this problem, we went back again with new products. So All we can do is apologise for this. The floor could be a bit dusty, this was unusual because of the high winds in Cape Town (moreover you can see comments from the other guests..... ) ; we can assure you that it is cleaned properly by a competent and noted South Company. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Appartement. Es ist sehr schick eingerichtet und alles da, was man benötigt. Von der Straße hört man etwas den Lärm, nachts ist es allerdings ziemlich ruhig. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. In der Nähe gibt es sehr nette Cafes und Restaurants. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
