TriCanyon concierge services available include housekeepers, chefs, drivers, butlers, exotic car rentals, restaurant and nightclub reservations, masseuses, yoga instructors, provisioning of the home with your favorite food and drinks, personal shopping and more. There is a $50 per day pool and spa heating fee which may be paid directly in cash upon check-in or in advance when booking, if a guest would like the pool heated. Owner reserves the right to have guests sign a rental agreement provided by Owner to Guest, prior to moving in to the Property. We are happy to send a copy of the Rental Agreement in advance of booking, please inquire. Guest reserves the right to collect a $3,000 refundable security deposit, in cash or certified check, for renting this home which is paid directly to the homeowner either prior to, or on the day of, check-in. Posted weekly discounts do not apply to holiday weeks such as Christmas, New Years, and during the months of July and August.
Guest may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Owner. Notwithstanding the allowed number of overnight Guests, visitors to the property shall not exceed 10 additional people at any one time. The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity or practice that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, or the occupants of nearby homes or that might invalidate any insurance policies effected on the Property, and shall not bring any animals to the Property (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Owner). The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise. In addition, the Owner may refuse entry into the Property to any people in excess of the specified amount. The Guest shall not sub-let or assign the Agreement. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. If you need early check-in or late check out, please inquire and, if we are able to accommodate it, it would be our pleasure. Guests who stay a month or longer will be billed for their stays utility bills. Guest shall execute Owner's rental agreement prior to, or upon, check-in, a copy of which is available anytime, upon request.
