Make yourself at home in this nice, cosy and peaceful little studio apartment, fully equipped and carefully decorated to create a intimate and warm atmosphere making it perfect for having a delightful stay in Sarajevo. The studio is very conveniently located, being only a 5 min walk from the National Theatre. During the festivals (SFF, MESS, Jazz Fest, etc.) you will be minutes away from the centre of events and still enjoy benefits of a green and quiet neighbourhood.
This small 25 sqm apartment is newly refurbished and carefully designed as to be comfortable living space for two. The studio is efficiently organised and it consists of living room with comfortable fold down sofa, few closets, well equipped kitchen and a nice small bathroom. It is very clean, calm and quiet.
The apartment is in a house that has been renovated for daily rent purposes. It has five apartments in total. The apartments share the main entrance and hallway, and each has its own bathroom and kitchen as well as a separate home alarm. There is fire alarm as well. As guests you have full access to an entire flat and nobody else will be present in the apartment during your stay. Laundry room, terrace and garden are shared spaces
Interaction with guests
When you are in Sarajevo my husband and I will be at your disposal over the phone, chat apps and email or, if you prefer and when possible, in person.

At the moment TV is not in function, we are working on that issue.

Please do not climb on upper level terrace level as we do not have proper fence yet
NOISE AND PRIVACY:
Our house is used by multiple guests, so kindly respect their peace and privacy - this is why we do not allow parties in the house. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 8:00.
If you accidentally break something or make some damage, please let us know - we need to fix things for you as well as for our guests coming after you.
Guests under the age of 18 are welcome, however accompanied by parents or guardians.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT:
Our standard check-in is after 15:00 and our standard check-in is before 22:00. Now, if you are coming earlier or later it should be fine also, just let us know so we can organize to welcome you properly.
Our apartments are no smoking, moreover, we have smoke detectors so smoking in premises may result in alarm sounding. Feel free to smoke on terrace - there is an ash tray provided.
No illegal drugs shall be consumed on our property including the terrace. We are bound by law to report it and we wouldn't want to get into such situation.
Kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement, we pay taxes according to number of guests we can accept. We can get into serious trouble if we do not respect it. Case for any reason you need to fit in an extra person, let us know we may be able to assist you.
I am allergic to cats. Seriously. And letting dogs in but cats no would be unfair to cats. So no dogs either. So no pets.
Please close house doors when you leave - while in Sarajevo there's no much violent crime there is significant opportunistic crime going on. We also kindly ask you to lock your apartment door. You can also use the alarm system for your apartment.
Please note that public parts of the house are under the video surveillance - stairs, terrace and entrance hall.
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
