The space

New construction that meets all the current standards, we put all our heart to bring a neat decoration. Chiné being one of our passions, we were pleased to divert some objects to make original utensils. Everything is made for you to spend a stay in a cozy little cocoon. An open kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, hotplates, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, raclette and fondue, vacuum cleaner ...) with a dining area and a relax area (hifi, tv, Dvd player, wifi, board games, books ...). On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with separate wc, 2 basins and a large shower (hairdryer, towel dryer, washing machine, ...) Upstairs there is an alcove bedroom with a double bed (the most romantic), a bedroom with a drawer bed (2 sleeps) and a single bed. Finally, you will also reach a mezzanine that serves as a relaxing corner or bedroom thanks to its double bed but beware the height under ceiling is only 1.20m. For your pleasure, you also have a beautiful covered terrace with a large table and a cozy sofa. An enclosed garden, deck chairs, a barbecue and even a small vegetable garden will be for you and to make you spend the most pleasant stay possible.

Just ending a wonderful week in Fannys home. The stay was great, the house is charming, quiet, warm and amazing with kids. Not only a cot was provided but also a baby chair, bath, lots of games and books. Our 2 year old had a hard time leaving and so did we. Fanny was great, very welcoming and lovley. Very minor downsides - breakfast is not included- it is optional for an extra fee, there are no toiletires (but we didnt ask for them eather). The bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom wich is not ideal but wasnt too bad even for a pregnant me. Might be a bit challenging for an elderly copple. Warmly reccomended!!!

This is a great spot to relax. Every morning you see the mountains from your bedroomwindow! The surroundings are superbe! You have Villé (a nice little town) in 5 minutes drive and drive to the other side and you are in the middle of "la Route du Vin", so you can either way. The Mazot is nicely decorated. You have everything you need! This house is perfect for every season!! And Fanny & Fabrice are really friendly and kind hosts. You can order a more than fantastic breakfast!

A perfect week at our honeymoon cottage! My husband were keen to honeymoon in rural France and were beyond delighted to find this gem. The chalet is absolutely charming; beautifully crafted, well-appointed, warm and whimsical, with great attention to design and detail. Not to mention it sits on a picturesque property with a large cherry tree and all! I loved hearing the local church bells chime on the hour. It reminded me of a fairy tale. Fanny & Fabrice could not have been more welcoming and hospitable, truly. They included us like part of their family. We were full of questions and they were eager to serve and make us feel at home. They weren't just our hosts, we bonded and became new and beloved friends! Fanny gave us our privacy but also made sure that we always had what we needed and that everything was okay. They own a bakery and I highly recommend letting them create a breakfast basket for you! My husband and I did this on a couple of days and it was just divine. Fresh coffee cake, baguettes, yogurt, juice, cheese, butter, jam, bacon - oh, I miss it now. We loved eating our breakfast and having our coffee out on the covered patio in the morning. We went on many day trips during our stay and even spent two of the days driving over into Germany. A native Alsatian, Fanny was a wonderful resource and gave us great recommendations for outings, restaurants, etc. The cottage is close to many areas of interest. We would just hop in our car and head out for a new adventure each day. The neighborhood, and Alsace region for that matter, is very quaint and quiet. It's great if you're looking for a unique experience and like seeking something new. It was fun to explore all the different villages. The region is scenically stunning. And the flowers! We kept thinking how it all looked like Disneyland. We stayed in July and had a mix of hot weather and then a couple of days of rain. This is such an interesting area and perfect if you enjoy the outdoors and smelling the fresh air. We had a magical week at the cottage and my heart is already missing this special place. Thank you Fanny & Fabrice for being such great friends and sharing the beauty of Alsace with us. We are forever grateful!

We stayed for a week as a couple during a hot summer's July. The Chalet is offset from the owner’s house and is accessed through a rubble downhill path, atop of which is a car parking spot for the guest. The Chalet is ideal for travelling to the nearby Alsace Wine Route and has food shops/amenities in Selestat just 5 miles away. The Chalet is quiet and has a washing machine and drying line; it also has an ironing board and iron and constant hot water for the shower and kitchen taps. There is a microwave combi grill and fridge. The description states that the Chalet can accommodate 6 persons but this would only be 4 adults and 2 small children given the very top bedroom accessed via ladders. The owners were pleasant and available to help. The breakfast costs 7 euros per person per day and includes baguettes, milk, orange juice, yogurt and tea bags and a selction of local produce meats. Hada wonderful time.

We had a great time last week! The Chalet is really nice & cozy and just great for us to stay with our 11 months old twins. Fanny did everything to make it as comfortable for us as possible, including arranging two babychairs and a babybath. The breakfast-basket that you can order is also very nice to do. The chalet is in a quiet village; good for walks or trips along the Alsace wine route or other visits to for instance Colmar. Thanks for your great hospitality Fanny & Fabrice! We spent a week in the chalet of Fanny & Fabrice while we explored the vineyards and other local attractions of Alsace. Neubois is a cosy little village overlooking a valley, located close to the famous Route des vins d'Alsace. Great place for those who like to hike and bike. The chalet is beautiful with wood everywhere, comfortable and very well equipped. We found Fanny to be a fantastic host, always attentive to our requests and we looked forward to the baskets filled with local produce that Fanny left us for breakfast. We left relaxed and refreshed, after a week of fresh air, peace and tranquillity and we hope to return soon.

Indeed a cosy cottage. Styled with love and an eye for detail. Very complete. And in July the great treat of a cherry tree heavy with fruit! Fanny and Fabrice are attentive and very approachable hosts. The region is great for day outings and the cottage very welcoming to come home to.
