• Keys: Where do I find the keys to enter the house?
The keys to front and back gate as well as the front door are in a lockbox attached to the stucco wall that’s next to the front door. You will receive an access code from the owners prior to arrival.
• Internet access: What is the username and password for the Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi Network: Infinitium
• TV: How does the TV work and where are the remote controls?
The T.V’s are smart T.V.’s that will accept your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, generally whatever smart device membership that you have. We are not connected to Mexican Cable T.V. plan. Some of the T.V.’s have DVD/VHS capability. The controls are next to the T.V’s.
• Are there prohibitions on any areas that guests are allowed to access?
Since this is a share house with multiple occupants, we like to ensure everyone has their own space. We kindly ask guests to refrain from entering the 2nd level. We’ll ensure your space is likewise respected in return.
• Do you have a minimum age requirement?
Due to previous problems (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) we’ve needed to implement a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.
• Are there any rules for using any amenities of the home?
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in each bathroom. A plunger is located in the bathroom of each residence. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
• Check-in / Check-out: Are there limitations and/or flexibility with check-in / check-out times?
Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 12pm. Arriving slightly earlier may mean that the house isn’t quite ready and up to par for your check in. Should be fine, but please check with us first. Slept in and want to stay later? Could be a real problem due to the arrival of the next guest and their family. Again check with us to see if we can extend your stay by another day, which will depend on the AirBnb calendar.
• Cleanliness: Are there any cleaning expectations?
While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in a pile. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
• Damage: What are your expectations around spills or damage to property?
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
• Smoking: Do you allow smoking?
Being a family home, and due to allergies we have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke either out front or back). An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from your security deposit should the NO SMOKING policy be violated.
• Drugs: Illicit drugs
What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
• Electricity: Lights / AC / Heating
The A/C /Heat thermostat is located in the hallway of the house. Try to keep the temperature gage around…. 79, 80 in the summer. Please utilize the ceiling fans which are very effective at keeping you cool. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Be sure to close all doors and windows when the AC/ Heat unit is turned on. Mother Nature thanks you too.
• Noise: Do you have rules around making noise or the volume that music can be played at?
To be considerate to the other house guests and neighbors, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10 pm.
• Occupancy: Do you have a maximum occupancy?
We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We have this in place instead of an additional guest charge in an attempt to keep costs down for you.
• Occupancy: Are you prepared to allow additional guests to spend the night?
We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible. The charge is $25 per night per guest to help offset the laundry, energy and cleaning incurred by too many occupants.
• Pets: Do you allow pets in your place?
Have a pet? Please ask us first we are pet friendly, but do require a pet fee of $100. (Service animals are excluded.) Please no dogs on the furniture or beds due to allergies of future guests.
• Security: Do you have rules about keeping doors, gates or areas locked?
To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we ask that you keep the front and back doors locked as a precautionary measure. While being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing that can be done to do to ensure that.
Rules suck, we all know this, and so the last rule is: HAVE FUN.

I'm a native of Chicago, Illinois who moved out west to enjoy the many sites and beautiful weather. My love of the ocean came from boating, deep sea fishing and Taco Tuesday's. I'm a runner who enjoys training on the beach as well as long walks through the tide pools with my Labrador, Zoe and new rescue pup Rex. Our gorgeous Beach House in Las Conchas is a dream come true, we built it with a Moroccan/Beach theme as my husband was born in Casa Blanca. We love to travel the world and know what it takes to make us feel comfortable and stress-free in any country. As entrepreneurs, we seize the day and balance our life witWe enjoy hearing the stories of those who have enjoyed our Beach Home with friends and family. We host a women's retreat in the spring that brings so much joy and happiness to our home it's unbelievable! Spa Massages on the Roof Top, Horses delivered to our beach and the bounty of fresh Fruits, vegetables, and fish are enough to make you want to move here full time! Looking forward to a year of new adventures in travel as other's enjoy our Beach House. All the best, Sheron and Claude Amiel
