Our west shore lake home is about 5 miles from town, yet is very private. With small gorges on either side, our home has wonderful lake views, a large deck, spacious patio, and a large dock and boat hoist. Minimum 2 night stay; 4 for graduations.

The space

We are close to Ithaca (less than 5 miles) yet very private. The house has huge decks with a beautiful view of the lake. The south side of the property is marked by a small stream and the north side by a large stream.

Guest access

We have a large dock on the water, with lots of lounging chairs. There are BBQs on the patio by the house. And a fire pit.

Wonderful and comfortable home to stay. It was perfect for our family to gather and celebrate our daughter's Cornell graduation. Definitely recommend!

Beth was a great host. She quickly answered questions and concerns. The view of the lake, from the deck, is fabulous! We went for Cornell Graduation (for a long weekend) and had a great time. Thanks, Beth.

Everything Beth described was accurate. It is a lovely home, right on the water. Beth was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend the home.

A wonderful location, with beautiful views from Beth's inviting home high above Cayuga Lake. The patio was expansive, the rooms comfortable, and a big and well-equipped kitchen, the house is a quick ride to downtown Ithaca and local state parks, wineries, and other Finger Lakes gems. Thank you, Beth!

Beth's home was wonderful and met all our needs. We had questions before we committed, which she answered quickly by email. The kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed to provide nice dinners to eat on the fabulous deck. The lake view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We did not get to meet her as our schedule and hers did not work out. But she was available by phone to answer questions and was very encouraging when we asked if we could have some additional people over for a potluck dinner. If we are back in Ithaca, I would definitely consider staying there again.

Beth and her husband were amazing hosts who provided my family with a very clean, comfortable house to stay in. They gave us great winery and restaurant recommendations. There's a deck right over the lake that made us regret not coming in the summer. The house is only 10 mins away from the restaurants in Ithaca, and there are countless wineries in the area. We will definitely be back again!
