We offer for rent our own lovely, spacious home. The 3-bedroom, 110 sq ft flat is in a 70's building of four apartments, located in quiet and green residential area. Our home is ideal for groups or for families travelling with children. Our home is 5km away from downtown, by bus 20-25min and 15min by train. As a bonus we offer you a chance to use a real Finnish sauna and swimming pool for a small extra fee. We wish you a warm welcome to our place!
Our home is a spacious (100sq ft), beautiful flat with lots of natural light. Master bedroom has a double bed. One smaller bedroom has a regular bed for one and the other one has a children's bed. However, the apartment suits also five adults as we can arrange an extra bed to the other smaller bedroom and living room sofa can be used as a bed (200cm x 80cm mattress)
Living room, hall and dining area are connected in one large space. Kitchen is separate and equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking (fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, dish washer, oven+range). There are also two balconies and two bathrooms.
Our home is in the second floor of a quiet building of four apartments.
If you want, you can use the sauna downstairs for an extra fee of 10€. There is also a small swimming pool in the sauna area at your disposal. If you arrive by car, there is a free parking spot for your car in our yard.
Interaction with guests
During your stay we are always available to answer your questions by phone and arrive if needed.
Other things to note
There is a courtyard renovation in progress until 7th July. It may cause occasionally some noise but the noisiest works have already been done.
- No loud noise after 10pm or before 7am
- No shoes inside the house
Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.

I work as a ethics researcher at the University of Helsinki. The best moments of traveling are when you encounter something unexpected, like an art exhibition you couldn't even imagine would exist. My favorite cities are Strasbourg, Paris and Dakar.
