-We expect you will respect our home.
-Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
-NO entertaining. We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but you are not to use our home to entertain them. We’d be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends, for example, suggesting places at which to make a dinner reservation.
-No eating in the bedroom. Drinks can be had anywhere in the house.
-Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval.
-Absolutely NO drugs of any kind, alcohol is OK.
-Absolutely NO smoking of ANY kind in the house or on the private patio. No marijuana use is permitted on the property. Your entire security deposit will NOT be refunded if it is reported that you choose to smoke on or near the property.
-2 load maximum on washer and dryer. Please inform owners if the laundry detergent is getting low.
-Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors.
-If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let the owners know ASAP.
-Any significant damage will result in an additional fee, which will be reasonable so long as the damage is immediately reported. If the damage is found and not reported we reserve the right to charge 10% above what it costs to fix/clean.
-Please enjoy your stay and let us know immediately if any problems arise, or if there is anything that we can do to make your stay more comfortable.

Great for a budget holiday! If you are looking for a budget, value for money place for 6-8 people, this is a good option. The house is nothing super fancy, but clean enough. Internet is provided. The beds were not the most comfortable, but manageable for a short trip. We did struggle with the opening the door, it was jammed and the number lock gets locked up for 10 minute intervals if you keep trying to unlock, however the host was helpful with this and guided us on the phone. If you dont want to spend too much and want a decent option, this is a good choice!

Hi Chavela, It would have been nice if you had communicated with me at all regarding your concerns. I would have happily addressed them for you. Instead, I did not hear from you at all during your stay, re: any smell of any sort. I cannot rectify situations without being communicated with by a guest. There are 10 towels in the home, located in the linen closet.

The complex is located in a nice area with nearby eating restaurants but however, when arriving to the complex we was not informed that we have to walk around the complex to enter inside of the house. In the mean time we was standing outside for awhile outside of the complex trying to reach the host which we did not hear from Molly until after we figured out how to enter inside the complex. I will WARN you that if you do decide to book this place that it does have a strong, funky odor to the house!!!! Luckily there was air freshener in the house so we was spraying down the house all the time but every time you re-enter into the house you will smell that funky odor. And the furniture in the living room had rips and tears. And inside of the shower I've notice a previous attendant hair wrapped around on the magnet that was on the bottom of the shower linen!

I'd just like to address all of your concerns here: 1. The furniture does not have rips and tears. I am happy to provide pictures to any future guest who may have questions about this, but the pictures that are on my listing are recent as of August 2017. 2. Your group arrived at 1:00AM. I understand that you may have had some difficulty getting into the home. You called me twice, and I texted you back within minutes. In fact, I have text proof that you did not get in until after you spoke with me. Again, to future guests, I am more than happy to provide evidence of this exchange. I am more than happy to address any concerns that any future guests may have regarding this review. I understand that it may be concerning to you. Thanks!
