I definitely would not recommend this house for four people. The sofa bed is small. There isn’t a good source of heat throughout the house. We were only able to use space heaters and it was 9 degrees last night! That’s not ok!!!!!!!! I only stayed one night and for some reason t…

Response from Sedrick:
Hello Shimea, I am sorry that your stay did not turn out the way we both had invisioned, but I don't think it was the house that was the problem. IT WAS THE COMMUNICATION! There is wall heater in the livingroom. The space heaters are for extra aning. Since you have brought this to our attention, we have now put instructions on how to turn on heaters in all of our ABNB homes. The pipes must have froze because you did not leave the faucets dripping as requested. There was an extreme freeze the night of your stay the temps were in the single digits. If you had contacted myself or the co-host that night or that morning, we would have been glad to help you turn the heater on; however you never called after checking in. My apologies for the inconvience. A full refund has been made to you. Your stay is an experience I can only learn from to help future guests have a comfortable stay as we grow together in this Airbnb commmunity.

If you have vertigo, this is not a place for you. The structure of the home is slanted causing dizzyiness.

It was a nice stay. Good and loved that my dog could come! There are tons of mosquitos though so bring bug spray!

Sedrick was responsive ensuring we had the code to enter early on the day of our visit. It's not far from a working railroad track, something to consider if you would be sensitive to the intermittent noise from a passing train.

Sedrick was an attentive and thorough host. The space is perfect for anyone looking for absolutely no frills and who don't mind staying in a sketchier part of town. (We experienced no issues.) OK for a quick overnight but wouldn't choose it for an extended stay.
