According to the rules of hospitality in Roma Capitale, I will require your documents at your arrival and I will ask you to sign a contract containing the terms of our agreement (what you have already read on my listing). This is not a choice of mine, but what is necessary to be in compliance.

Staying at my place I would like you live Rome as a local. For this reason I got in touch with some local guides who can show you both more popular historical places (like Vatican or Colosseum) and less known but wonderful places. Contact me in case you want to book some tours!

The apartment is in a fantastic location. It´s right across the metro station and walkable distance to great restaurants, shops and the Vatican. The apartment itself is very well equipped and the kitchen is simply amazing. The bed as well as the sofa bed ar every comfortable. And Massimo is a great host. Always helpful, gave us great tips on where to eat, how to get around and he helpded us organize a special lunch for my parents. When we come back to Rome, we will definitely try and stay there again

Massimo is an amazing host. We stayed in several airbnb's place during our trip and it was the best. Since the first day I booked his place, he was in constant communication with us. He set up an Airport pickup for a very reasonable price for us. Our pickup driver was outside the arrival gate with my name which was very convenient. Once we got to the appartement a friend of him met up with us and checked us in and showed us around the appartement. The appartement is in a very continent spot. It is only about 2 minutes walk from the metro. Massimo was constantly checking with us to make sure all our needs were met and that we were having a good time. Me and my family really enjoyed Massimo's place and would stay there anytime.

I am Massimo and I have been living in Rome for a long time. I moved in this wonderful city to attend a master course. I felt in love with Rome and I decided to stay here.

I work as fundraiser in Greenpeace. Previously I worked in several international and local NGOs such as UNICEF and Telethon.

I am on Airbnb for fun and not for job. I got the SUPERHOST medal. It means that most of the guests rated my place with 5 stars! I want to offer to you the best experience possible in Rome. All your suggestions concerning my place will be appreciated. BUT don't choose my place if your need is to stay in a 5 stars hotel. This is the apartment where I live.

When I visit a city I like not only to visit the touristic sites but also chatting with local people and knowing their habits and lifestyle. This is the reason why I usually choose to share the apartment with local people rather than living in a hotel!

If your idea of holiday is the same of mine, send me the request! I will replay in a quick time and I will help you to live in Rome according to your wishes!

I accept everyone who has sense of humanity and respect. I am very open minded to all cultures, religions and I am gay friendly too.

Remember that Airbnb is more a social network than an hotel! money are not the only reason why I am offering the hospitality to you. I like welcoming people to my flat.
Moreover, if you are in my profile page you are properly taking some information about me to understand if we can live together. I would like to have the same information of you. It is strongly recommended to fill your profile and to put a real pic of you.
