This wonderful flat is located in the heart of London, within walking distance to London’s main tourist attractions -Trafalgar Square (1 minute walk away), The National Gallery, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This would be the perfect flat for up to 6 people looking to stay in the hub of Central London, close to tourist attractions, brilliant transport links, restaurants and bars.

The space

This wonderful flat is located in the heart of Central London, within walking distance to most of London’s main tourist attractions, including Trafalgar Square (1 minute walk away), The National Gallery, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This would be the perfect flat for up to 6 people looking to stay in the hub of Central London, close to tourist attractions, brilliant transport links, restaurants and bars.

The Space
The flat is located in a secure residential building on the 5th floor which is accessible via an elevator or stairs. As you enter into the flat, in front of you is the open living kitchen and dining area. Down the corridor there are the 3 bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom and family bathroom.
This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA

This room is lovely and light thanks to the large windows. The open plan kitchen adjoins to the living area and has everything you will need including large fridge freezer and cooking amenities. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.
The living room has a large unique leather sofa, which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The large flat screen TV has Freeview channels, DVD player and Apple TV.
The funky 70’s inspired dining table is a great feature and can sit 4 people comfortably.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is very spacious with a sumptuous king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed which will be made up for you if requested at booking.

BATHROOMS
The ensuite to the master bedroom had a large bath with a shower attachment, toilet and his and hers basin. The family bathroom has a bath with a waterfall shower head attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guest access

Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with guests

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Other things to note

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

Please note: There is a building site next door, in the final stages of works, and it can get a bit noisy during the day- 10-5. However during the night as it is courtyard facing it is exceptionally quiet given the location.

- -As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets. In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year. This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance. Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!

This was a fantastic spot for a week long vacation in London. The location near Trafalgar Square is perfect. Many things are in walking distance and there are several tube stops, many bus stops and even a ferry terminal on the Thames within a few blocks. Communication and check in were quick and easy. The apartment was spotless and had thoughtful touches like power adapters and a hair dryer. I'd be happy to stay here again.

If you want to be in the centre of London, this is the perfect place! The space is very large, clean and walkable to all of downtown London. Check-in/out was simple and I was provided with a contact if there was anything that I needed. My family and I had a wonderful time and I would suggest this flat to anyone!

The flat is in the perfect spot for exploring the sites of London, with everything being within walking distance or a bus or tube ride away. The rooms were all spacious, light and even though the flat is very central, it is extremely quiet. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again when in London!

Very nice apartment and the location is superb. The people at the housing agency could be little better informed , for example, the person at phone had never visited the apartment, did not know the location of hot water switch which was switched off. They could show little more warmth which will make the stay at this very nice apartment with its superb location excellent. Overall, very good stay and we thoroughly enjoyed being in a very good part of London.

Position, position, position That sums up our opinion of this apartment. We needed a family sized place, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in central London, preferably with sufficient space for youngsters to entertain themselves. This we found! Whitehall, less than a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square, is as central as it gets. Especially with a pub below, cafes nearby and a Tesco Express on the corner for the essentials for dining in. Charring Cross Station, a tourist information office and stops for the tourist buses all within minutes - what more can tourists want? It may not be the most modern place in London, but we recommend it to everyone. Sent from Philip's iPadPro

Appartement spacieux et confortable, très bien situé au coeur de Londres, à proximité des transports en commun. Le seul inconvénient actuellement ce sont les (grands) travaux dans l'immeuble juste derrière qui le rende bruyant en semaine.
