The space

This is a beautifully decorated 1920's Spanish-style upper unit apartment home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Great for the working professional seeking a retreat or a family looking for a charming home away from home while on holiday.

The living area features a stunning arched main window, which fills the space with light throughout the day. Sofa and love seat are comfortable enough to act as a daybed for catnaps. Hardwood floors and area rugs throughout. Original casement windows add to the charm of the home. Blackout drapes are fitted throughout the space for added privacy and to assist with your night's slumber.

The bathroom includes a separate shower and tub with original tile work. Koehler fixtures and updated ambient lighting.

Kitchen sky light fills the space with natural light throughout the day. The Nespresso machine, Vitamix blender, toaster oven, and all other culinary amenities are yours to enjoy.

The master bedroom features a queen bed outfitted with a Stearns & Foster mattress, 4" foam mattress topper, Tempurpedic pillows, and Frette duvet. A small desk can be used as a vanity or desk.

The second bedroom/nursery is a perfect haven for a little or big guest. Features a Scandinavian-designed crib and an American Leather couch, which pulls to a queen size bed outfitted with a 3" foam mattress topper. Both rooms are luxe in comfort for all guests. If needed, a second portable mini-crib can be found under the master bedroom if a family is traveling with more than one baby or toddler.

Apartment home features an in-unit washer and dryer. There is one carport ready for your use. Additionally, a Beverly Hills street parking permit may be left for your use if need be, as well.

This home can comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 babies/toddlers.

No smoking. No pets. Not guests/parties. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-7am as this is a 4-unit apartment building with great and equally considerate families.

Please turn OFF window air conditioning units, forced heat, and space heaters when away. This is extremely important, especially during summer and winter months when they are frequently in use.

If you break something during your stay, we encourage you to please be forthcoming by emailing us a snapped picture of the damage. This helps us anticipate repairs and continue to provide an elevated experience for future guests.

Please lock the front door of the apartment unit when you are away. This is a safe neighborhood but one can never be too vigilant in a bustling metropolis such as LA.
