Lawrence Park Cottage is in Kalispell MT in the heart of the Flathead Valley. It is in a walkable neighborhood near Lawrence Park and Buffalo Hills Golf Course, as well as being close to downtown Kalispell. Its spacious backyard with large shade trees and back deck offer a peaceful place to rest before or after exploring Glacier National Park (just 30 minutes away) or the surrounding Flathead National Forest with its many trails and lakes.

The space

Ideal for one or two couples. It features a full and a queen bed, in a lovely neighborhood - close to Lawrence Park and only 30 minutes drive from Glacier Park! This space is homey and tastefully decorated by the home owner in a great location.

Guest access

The main floor of the house is the main area you'll use. There you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, internet access, television, 2 bedrooms - one with a four poster full bed, and the other with a queen bed, and a bathroom in between with hand painted wildflower tiles around the Jacuzzi tub/shower. The charming kitchen, spacious deck, or living room table offer choices of where you want to take your meals or play board games which you'll find in the drawers under the TV. In the basement, there is a bright laundry room at the bottom of the stairs.

Interaction with guests

I raised my family in this house and look forward to welcoming you to this cozy place to stay. Since I still enjoy outdoor adventures, I have created a book of suggestions of possible ideas for you to explore. I hope you will add your tales about your adventures during your stay, too! If I'm not out having adventures of my own, I'm happy to offer suggestions to you by phone.

Johanna is such a thoughtful host - the little details and perfect touches abound. The cottage is cozy and welcoming and Johanna has done an excellent job of making an older home the most comfortable of stays. We loved sitting on the shady front steps and enjoying the cool, quiet evenings. It was fun to explore the backyard surprises - a garden and plum tree. The proximity to downtown, north Kalispell and most importantly - Lawrence Park - are ideal. Walk, ride or drive easily to where you need to go. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Kalispell!

Johanna's house had everything we needed for our stay in Montana. We were only a 30 minute car ride to the west entrance of Glacier National Park. She also had great recommendations for different hikes to check out. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Johanna is a great host. Her house is in a quiet neighborhood and a great location for daily excursions. We picked fresh veggies and raspberries from the garden for dinner. Comfy and clean with all the amenities. Home away from home.
