Foxhall Resort & Sporting Club is America’s premier Sporting Club, and Georgia’s best kept secret, encompassing over 1,100 acres of sportsman paradise. At Foxhall, Members and guests staying in the Lodges have access to an unprecedented collection of outdoor recreational amenities and leisure pursuits. From the picturesque views overlooking the Chattahoochee River to the vast array of stone lined ponds to miles of manicured trails and state of the art sporting venues Foxhall has it all.
Guests staying at Foxhall Resort Villas are provided resort guest membership privileges and provided access to all Sporting Club recreational activities and amenities based on availability. All guests will be required to adhere to all Foxhall Sporting Club rules and regulations.

These sporting amenities combined with our nearly two miles of along the Chattahoochee River, our popular sports lawn activities which include 3 bocce ball courts, 2 croquet lawns, 3 horseshoe pits, 2 volleyball courts and a golf driving range, and the multipurpose sport lawns for soccer, baseball, lacrosse and frisbee are a collection of activities that is unmatched anywhere in the country.

There are also multiple special event venues, event lawns, pavilions or grand ballrooms to host a special event. The club can provide a turnkey solution, event coordinators, catering options with a variety of options that can be tailored to your individual event.
- - Rent Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental amount is due with the signed contract. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to the date of your arrival. Damage Protection (included with cleaning fee): A $95 non-refundable damage protection fee will be charged to provide coverage for accidental damages to your vacation rental during your stay with us. This damage protection does not cover and Tenant is responsible for any willful or negligent behavior that results in damages including but not limited to smoking, theft, parking on grass and excessive cleaning. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-In: Between 3pm and 6pm on arrival date. Please check in at the Welcome Center to receive your keys, gate card and information packet. Tenant and all guests must sign a sporting club waiver and release at check-in. Check-Out: 11:00AM on departure date. Please check out at the Welcome Center and return all keys and gate cards. Do not leave keys or gate card in the rental property. A $100 late check out fee will be charged for every half hour after 11:00am. RESORT PRIVILEDGES The daily $18 per room resort fee (included in nightly rate) gives all guests staying in the lodge access to the Foxhall Sporting Club at resort/guest rates. All activities are subject to availability and we recommend 24-hour notice. Please call the concierge at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to schedule activities. Failure to follow the Club’s rules and regulations will result in loss of privileges. Guests not staying in the lodges DO NOT have access to any of the Club amenities. TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES Tenant agrees to assume the following responsibilities as part of the rental agreement: •Tenant must occupy the property and cannot assign or sublet the Property, or any part thereof. •Tenant is solely responsible for all personal property brought onto the Property. Foxhall Realty, LLC and the property owner have no responsibility for any damage, destruction, or theft to Tenants’ personal property under any circumstances. •Tenant is responsible for all keys issued to the rental property and is responsible for the cost of replacement and/or re-keying of locks in the event that keys are lost, misplaced or not returned. •Tenant is responsible to follow check out procedures and to leave the Property in good, clean condition at check out and will be charged for any additional cleaning needed. •Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate termination without refund. •Rearranging of furniture is not permitted and will result in a minimum $100 fee. •No parking on grass. Tenant will be responsible to pay for repairing sod where damaged. •Tenant acknowledges they are renting the property and its contents for vacation/residential purposes only. No events/parties are allowed at the lodge or villas. •Camping, recreational vehicles, RV’s and ATV’s are prohibited at Foxhall. •Foxhall employs the Good Neighbor Policy for all resort rental properties and Tenants. Tenant conduct not conducive to the good neighbor policy (excessive noise, disruptive behavior, etc.) will result in early termination without refund. •Tenant agrees to abide by all policies, laws and regulations of Foxhall. INSPECTION/HOUSEKEEPING CHECK: Owner’s agent and employees of Foxhall shall be permitted to enter the rental property to perform inspections, housekeeping checks, repairs, and maintenance as needed during the rental period. SMOKING & PETS: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS are allowed in the Rental Property or in any Club Building at any time. Should this event occur, Tenant occupancy will be terminated immediately without refund and Tenant will be charged an additional $500 professional cleaning. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: All payments for lodging reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged the full rental amount. No refunds or transfers of payments will be granted under any circumstance including early check-outs prior to the end of the reserved time period and late arrivals due to inclement weather. The tenant will be responsible for any outstanding balance 30 days prior to arrival. INDEMNITY: The Tenant agrees to release and indemnify Owner and its Affiliates from and against all liability, should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of the lease, resulting from any cause whatsoever, Tenant will indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its Affiliates for any injuries, accident or otherwise, incurred or suffered upon the premises by tenant and Tenants or anyone associated with tenant for any cause whatsoever during the term of this rental agreement. TERMINATION: If the Tenant or any member of his party violates any of the terms of this agreement, the Owner/Manager may terminate this agreement without refund. - Calendar is not current.
