Please be so kind when you throw trash sort it by corect categories because we do recicle this trash.
The container for botlles and plastic botlles you will find it at the exit of the buliding in the near.
It just takes you a few minutes .
the surroundings will be thankful for shore.

Considering the position and the fact that I stayed during a very busy week, i cannot complain about this staying. However i think that this object could be easily improved. Don't take me wrong, is a good location..but could be even better.

Awesome place, a capsule coffee machine gives many extra points. As well as it's close to the metro, shops and etc. I bet it's even better in summer, when the balcony could be used more efficiently. You can actually see the spike of Stephan's cathedral from there.

Everything was OK. The apartment isn't huge but has all you need even for a long stay, has a pleasant view from the balcony and it's very well located on a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood, very close to U2 (two minutes on foot). The only real drawback was that the shared washing machines and the dryer are often busy. Sometimes you can hear other guests, since the walls are thin. Beata and Alin are responsive hosts, always reachable and ready to find a solution to your problems.

I stayed in the Große Schiffgasse 28 apartment for six weeks. The flat is small but entirely practical for one person. The lower level, where the kitchen, bathroom and living area are, is very comfortable and has a lot of light (there's also a balcony with a really good view of the street, which has lots of nice old buildings, and in the distance the Stefansdom). The bedroom is on a mezzanine level, and is a bit featureless but perfectly fine for sleeping. The biggest advantage is the location in the 2nd district: the trendy, up-and-coming Karmelitermarkt area, which has lots of shops and restaurants, is two minutes around the corner. The 1st district is 5-10 minutes by foot. It is also very well-connected with respect to public transport. Alin is a very nice, helpful guy, who went to a big effort to fix the internet when it wasn't working. Some negatives were, first, that the (shared) washing machine is in the basement; although this is quite normal for Vienna. Second, the walls in the apartments are quite thin so you can often hear the neighbours, although I got used to this quite quickly. I would definitely recommend the apartment for people staying in Vienna, especially those staying for a longer period of time!

I arrived last minute for a long term stay, close on to two months. The apartment was lovely, quaint and charming. While its high ceiling is split into two levels, giving the upstairs bedroom a cottage feel, the small balcony, peaceful view and wonderful sunset did much to enhance the stay. What minor problems arose were handled quickly and I had a wonderful stay.
