In one of the nicest areas of the old town, my apartment will be your quiet space to relax and get a taste of authentic 'Modenese' lifestyle.
Less than 1 minute walk from world's top restaurant Osteria Francescana by chef Massimo Bottura and a few minutes from Piazza Grande, Duomo cathedral and Ghirlandina tower (Unesco World Heritage).
The apartment has a living room with dining table and sofa, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom with queen size bed and a drawer for guests, and a bathroom with built-in shower.
Small and cute, the apartment is suited for 2 people.
It is located in a typical Modenese 18th century building on the first floor (no elevator).
Everything you see in the pictures, you can use :-)
You are welcome to access all above described spaces, except for some drawers and shelves where I keep my own things and where you will see the label 'PRIVATE', including an extra room which is not accessible for guests.
In the apartment there is also a small terrace. This spaces is also NOT accessible for guests, as this it would cause a problem to the neighbours.
THANKS for respecting this.
Interaction with guests
When I am not in Modena I have a great co-host who will take care of you. His name is Fabrizio and he will be happy to help you anytime :-)
Other things to note
The apartment is located in a quiet street and faces an internal courtyard, so you will not hear cars or motorbikes nor will you be disturbed by street noises during the night. However, my neighbours wake up early during the week to go to work, and from 7:30 you might be aware of their presence :-)

Half Italian half German, born and raised in Modena, expatriated to the Netherlands and then back to Italy. I work as Service Designer and I believe in design as an act of social responsibility to make things easier, more fair and more accessible.
