The space

Built in 1851 by the Famous Professor King, who taught Farming at Cornell University, And ran an apple farm with his two brothers, which spread all the way down to Cayuga Lake... It is a very typical Pre-Victorian House. No, it's not haunted.

Charlotte was super easy to contact and great at communicating the details of check in and other details. The house is spacious, bright, and old fashioned Ina really sweet way. The town of trumansburg has some really great restaurants and cafes. We had dinner one night at the Atlas bowl and breakfast at the creek side cafe and they were both excellent. The house's location is convenient to Ithaca and other parks in the area.

This place is awesome. The house itself is a diamond in the rough, but very comfortable with all mod cons and loads of quirky charms. The surrounding land is beautiful, with an apple orchard stretching back to the next road. Highly recommended.

The house is a great location. Venture all around Ithaca, Trumansburg and all the Falls/State Parks within 20 minutes. Cideries, Wineries and Cayuga Creamery within 10 minutes. Enjoyed nightly fires and great star-gazing. Charlotte was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues. The house/property was still being renovated, but has great potential. Just ask for updates if you are particular about anything.
