Our 2000+ square foot home is a 1 minute walk to Canyon Road, 2 minute walk to Patrick Smith Park and River Hiking Trail, 5 minutes to The Teahouse and El Farol Restaurant and Bar–fantastic location on a quiet street.
You will have the entire house to yourselves. There is off street parking.
Do not block the street or park in the neighbors parking space.
Interaction with guests
Some interaction, but respect privacy. I will be coming to the property on occasion to work in a separate entry studio, and to water yard. I can text or email ahead of time. If you'd like to rent that adjacent 330 Square foot adobe studio too ask me for those details.
Occupancy: We allow 4 guests to occupy the house (maybe up to 6 –upon request). No subletting or additional guests without approval.
Fire Safety: Please do NOT burn candles or incense inside the house. No fires in the fireplace. A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.
Smoking Policy: We do NOT allow smoking inside the house or on the grounds. Please exit the property if you wish to smoke.
Pet Policy: We allow for 1-2 dogs with a $100 pet deposit per dog
Noise Policy: After 9:00pm on weekdays and 10:00pm on weekends, outdoor and loud noise should cease. Our neighbors thank you.
Parking: Please park in the parking spaces in front of the house –up to 2 cars allowed. Do not block the street or park in the neighbors parking space.
Property Condition & Damage: Any damage that is considered beyond normal wear and tear will result in fees for repair and replacement of damaged property. Please refrain from moving any furniture, artwork or electronics.
