Mona Beach House is ideal for an affordable family beach holiday. Comfortable and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just a few minutes walk to Mona Vale Beach, village and to the still waters of Pittwater. Open plan living, with secure pet friendly backyard and trampoline. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a roll out trundle bed and bedroom 3, a single bed. Off street parking for four cars.

The space

This beautifully laid out single level home has been created by the owners to ensure absolute comfort. Enter the open plan living area with lounge and TV, a dining area with seating for six and a well equipped and stylish kitchen. Off the back of the house is a shaded deck and a fully enclosed grassed yard with another entertaining area. There is a Weber BBQ and a table which comfortably seats eight - the perfect place to entertain or to relax after a day at the beach. Three bedrooms: The master has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom, the second large bedroom has two single beds with one roll out trundle bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The house is equipped with Foxtel and Wifi. There is a trampoline available for the kids and a port-a-cot and high chair available on request. There is off street parking.

Mona Vale village is just a short drive for grocery essentials, boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and hole in the wall wine bars. There are golf courses and cinemas nearby.  Further afield, the famous Manly Beach (to the south) or Palm Beach (to the north) are only 20 mins away by car. There is a regular and reliable bus service from Palm Beach via Mona Vale to Sydney City centre.

The house is a relaxing sanctuary and ideal for entertaining with family and friends, however due to its proximity to others, large functions or parties are strictly prohibited.
NB. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
- No smoking and no pets.
- The security bond will be retained until the expiration of the tenancy and, if required, shall be used to cover additional cleaning or to replace articles of equivalent value, any furniture, effects, fittings or building that may become damaged or lost during your stay.
- Check in after 2pm, check out before 11am

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Mona Beach House for 8 days while we had some renovations done at home. We had a great time. Our kids loved it, especially the trampoline and front yard. Megan was super-friendly, helpful, communicative and extremely responsive.
