I work around the state, and live & play in Leadville by choice! This is my primary residence; I clean the home myself between guests, and respond to all messages promptly.
Other things to note
Guest dogs are welcome IF they are housebroken & gentle on my furniture & home. No scratching, marking, muddy feet, or dogs on the bed, please. and absolutely no cats! An additional $10 per dog per night will be added upon booking.
This is a drug-free, smoke-free, cat-free home. with a 6 guest maximum. No parties/events without advance permission from owner. Please remove shoes in the home. No muddy bikes or pets, please! Up to 2 well-behaved and house broken dogs are allowed @ $20 per dog per reservation. No dogs on beds or furniture, please.
If you break something, please let me know.
If you eat or drink something in the fridge or pantry, please replace it.
