This place is wonderful. Charlotte is a great host. I told her I had some issues sleeping recently, so she had incense, a sleeping mask, and chamomile tea laid out for me. It's a very, very quiet street! Beautiful too! I was able to park on the "easement" areas outside of people's gates. I borrowed Charlotte's bike and I estimate it's about a 15 minute casual ride to Kailua Beach Park. I also had great conversations with her. She's a very nice person and has good vibes. Highly recommended!

Charlotte’s place was super cozy. Her house is straight of a movie, Alexis and I felt like were living in Hawaii. Charlotte was super awesome in giving us advise on places to visit and eat. She was super kind and made me feel like we were at home in her extra room. We absolutely enjoy every moment spent in Kailua, and I tell you Charlotte was a major reason why. If you are really trying to get a real taste of what its like to live in Hawaii. Charlotte’s place is a must book!

I had an awesome experience at Charlotte's house and will miss her (and her dog Mahina's) company. Room and bathroom are clean, arrival and departure were super easy, parking was easy, and Charlotte was happy to give recommendations of things to do in Kailua or driving directions etc. She has snorkels and beach towels for guests and there's a washer and dryer you can use. Enjoy your stay!

This was our first time using Airbnb and we were slightly nervous on what to expect. Charlotte But from the second Charlotte greeted us, we felt completely comfortable. She was very sociable and you could tell she genuinely wanted to help anyway she could. She knew a lot of good hikes as well as places to eat. While she was very helpful and easy to talk to, she wasn't overbearing and still gave us privacy. The house is located very close to the beach and Kailua is the best place to vacation for those not from Oahu; it has plenty of amazing restaurants and shops that aren't over priced to take advantage of tourists and are also of higher quality. We would absolutely stay there again and honestly didn't want to leave.
