Abount instead what you didnt liked.
I apologize again for the inconvenient of the hot water But as You now and as i can demonstrate , we had an interruption of water for just 11 hours, from 11 Pm til 10 am.
I think that is something that of course everyone prefer not to happen, but unfortunally it is something that can not be expected before. So is important the speed in which you repair the problem.
I expected that you declare that for the first day you had correctly the hot water without any kind of problem. (is uncorrect write that there is an high chance to not have hot water, when we are hosting people from more then 1 year and we have the 90% of reviews at 5 stars and noone has never mentioned a problem with the hot water).
Even about the wifi. Our wifi is the fibra one , the best that the city of Rome has. So you didnt had problem to connect and to use your devices , also this you should declare. About instead the tv and so the netflix service, I agree and I apologize again with you, but the router that the tv use, it was disconnected and we didnt know.
About the coffe, if you look at our machine, you can decide how make the coffe, we have 3 different sizes , espresso short, normal espresso and long. If you press the buttom of short espresso, of course you drink a short espresso.
However, I hope to host you again in future, in order to let you undertand that what you didnt liked was just a case.
