I expect my guests to act with respect. The Cabin is in a beautiful area in West Sussex and the country side is precious to everyone. You will be staying in the confines of our garden so I would ask that you remember this and behave accordingly, or just ask us, we are easy going people but need communication.

Beverley's cabin is even better than it looks in the pictures, if that is even possible! From the very first moments she did everything she could to make our stay a happy, comfortable and thoroughly relaxing one. She gave us such a warm welcome, providing everything that we could possibly need (extra blankets, directions, a heater, and so on) and giving us plenty of tasty treats, including delicious homemade bread and cake. She really went the extra mile, checking on dietary requirements and making sure that there was plenty of non-dairy produce for me as I am lactose intolerant. The cabin itself was extremely comfortable, surprisingly spacious and in gorgeous surroundings. I grew up in the area, and it was lovely to have the opportunity to see the changes in Partridge Green and to go on lovely strolls down Lock Lane, reliving many happy childhood memories. It is the perfect place to get away from it all and to relax, while giving you all the luxuries that you may need. We were so sad to leave, but know that we will keep coming back time and time again. I am so pleased to have found it!

Beverly is a fantastic host! She made us welcome and spoiled us with various goodies which lasted us a couple of meals. The cabin is located down a quiet lane and is very comfy with a good bed and shower and everything you need. Beverly even took away our wet clothes and dried them for us after a very wet walk. Great spot for enjoying the walks in the area. We would love to visit again!

This is a wonderful place for a quiet getaway. Beverley is a wonderful host and there are so many little touches that just make it wonderful. The food she left us was all wonderful- homemade bread, plates of cheese and small quiches. It was amazing.

Bev's cabin is an amazing retreat. Quiet and peaceful. It's just perfect for a cozy weekend getaway. All the attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout were noticed and thoroughly appreciated. Bev was excellent at responding to my messages and was a great help in coordinating and providing dinner suggestions and entertainment. We walked down to The Partridge, per Bev's recommendation, for dinner and that was wonderful and delicious and convenient after arriving in the afternoon from Brighton. I was also able to walk into Partridge Green to get my hair done for the wedding and pick up lunch from the market. We were in town for a mate's wedding weekend and the cabin proved to be central location for us but also a tranquil getaway to enjoy. We would highly recommend Bev as a host and her lovely cabin.

It was a wonderful birthday getaway and thank you Beverley for a very warm welcome! We loved the baked goods and breakfast! The cabin was just a dream!

Beverley User ProfileBeverley is a superhost.

My husband and I are retired. We were both in the Aviation business, my husband a senior Captain until his his retirement and then IATA auditor. I love cooking, sewing, gardening and anything artistic, I have just completed a beginners course in Blacksmith. We grow all our own vegetables, enough for us and to give away to friends and neighbours, we did have chickens until the foxie whiskered gentleman got them, I will restock.
Chris has taken up playing his Fender guitar, going back to his rock and roll days. We both love music and go to as many gigs as we can. There are some good venues in the area.
We have two well behaved very lovable dogs, and love walking the many footpaths we have surrounding us.
