Welcome, the house has been rebuilt 2017, maintaining its character but with all mod cons like insulation and double glazing - making it warm light and cosy.
It has 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and 2 singles, but room enough for another single if required.
Loads of off street parking and a garage.
Its a 15 minute walk to town where there is everything ready for a night out, or if you want to stay at home there is a supermarket 3 mins walking and full working kitchen.
Richmond is a quiet area of Christchurch, close to town but just far enough away from the bustle and noise. Its close to Pomeroys (very nice pub with good solid meals) and also a number of cafes. There is a supermarket 3 mins walk and the kitchen has essentials for cooking up a storm.
There is a garage to store any items like skis, surf boards or bikes should you require this.
Fiber has been installed. High speed broadband.
You have the whole house to yourselves. It consists of a laundry and small deck, new bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room and lounge are open planned leading out to the deck. The garage is at the back of the house and there is parking at the front as well as at the back.
Interaction with guests
I am available to have contact throughout your stay, but will not intrude. Keys will be left for you.
Please feel free to contact me if you require anything.
Other things to note
The floors are wooden so I would appreciate being careful of them.
We have a travel cot for your use as well.
I provide tea, coffee, sugar and a few essential items as well as milk. People have been leaving extra food in the cupboards please feel free to do this and use anything.
Please let me know if you require the floor mattress as this doesn't stay at the house. Thanks
- we have wooden floors so would like people to be careful.
I work as a nurse, have a household of my lovely partner Crispin and 2 kids, 3 dogs a cat and a blue tongued lizard. We love to travel (humans do) and have been through Europe to visit family and see the sights 4 years ago.
I like the outdoors, biking - mainly road but at a push Mt Biking, walks and any number of out door activities, including water ones - but not fishing or golf including crazy golf would rather die!
Dont watch much TV but have enjoyed series on lightbox - homeland and really loved the Killing (Danish one) quite partial to a who dunnit.
Dont like cooking but like eating and making salads. Love icecream. despise banana's -
Best thing in the world is seeing live music - big or small bands doesn't matter, loves a bit of opera.
