Hello I am Liz. I live in the great Smoky Mountains National Park area. I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, swimming, waterskiing, tennis and working outdoors on the land.
In my spare time, I love to travel, take photographs or read books, hike, and swim in the beautiful lakes in my area. My favorite places to travel to so far are all natural parks, Spain, London, Sedona, Arizona, India, Mexico, and South America.
The young man in the picture is my son Felipe who now lives in South Carolina. I also have an adopted son whose name is Dakota.
I am a socio/cultural anthropologist by education. My life's passion is in serving and empowering people to live a more peaceful, loving, joyful, and healthy life through teaching them about meditation, holistic living, healing energy work, and the inter-connectedness of all things. I am a Reiki master and a Non-Dual Kabbalistic Healer. I am also a therapeutic foster parent and run a not for profit camp, for abused, neglected and disadvantaged children.
I love children, people, animals, and look forward to a day when we all truly recognize our "Oneness", living in love, peace and harmony.
I have a beautiful dog named Wayah, which means eagle in Cherokee. She is half wolf and half German Sheppard. She has such a great personality that all my guests love her and want to take her home with them. Not happening!
I once took a silent retreat and the motto was "May all beings be happy." I like that!
