Modern 1st floor 1 bedroom apartment with balcony in a Victorian property, sleeps 1-4 persons. Zone 1, Underground train; 5 minutes walk to Aldgate East, 10 mins walk to Liverpool Street. Close to the vibrant Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Shoreditch.

The space

Although it is located in the lively area of Whitechapel, my home is the perfect haven from the bustling city. You have the best of both worlds - you can either explore this exciting part of London on your doorstep, or get some peace and quiet in my stylish apartment. The living space is clean and classic with beautiful wooden floors. Kick back on the comfortable sofa and relax in front of the TV after a long day - it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan design of this room means that it doubles up as a dining area, making it a very sociable area with plenty of seating. The sleek kitchen has been recently refurbished so everything is classic but contemporary, making it an enjoyable place to cook up a feast! Spacious and light double bedroom is comfortable and chic with soft colour schemes. The double bed will have fresh luxury linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. The bedroom also has a large wardrobe so you have plenty of storage space - it’s so nice to unpack and feel at home when you arrive. Freshen up in the lovely bathroom - the shower is new and you can enjoy the fluffy towels and shampoo that are provided! My apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay. I really hope you’ll enjoy your stay in my home.

Nice flat well located close to Brick Lane and within walking distance of plenty of night life. The flat is quite nice, with a balcony looking out to trees. Nicely decorated and well equipped, although the toilet seat was a bit loose. It took me 3 hours to check in though, because Ronnie's phone was broken and the communication on Airbnb is via an agent.

This flat is in a perfect part of the city to get to all the major tourist sites, that is the best part about where it is at. The apartment comes furnished with great deal amount of kitchen ware which makes it nice if you want to cook a few meals yourself in the flat. The cable and internet are great, worked very well! Our really only issue was we had a large baby stroller, the hallway up to the second floor is very tight, it was very difficult moving the baby carriage up and down the stairs and also moving large luggage bags up and down the stairs as well. The owner of the flat is very flexible, our check in was awesome and he could not have been more flexible with us.

The place was great - very clean and spacious with lots of sunlight. The balcony was a major plus. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to leave luggage ahead of our check-in. Neighborhood is very fun and price is reasonable.

Lovely flat, close to the tube, few minutes walk from the shoreditch restaurant area. Hosts are very communicative and flexible. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to Aldgate East station making it very accesible to the tourist spots. It felt safe even as we walked to the apartment from the station late at night. The unit was clean and the area was quiet at night. There are also several restaurants, and convenience stores that open till late within walking distance. It good to note that it is on the 1st floor or 2nd floor in US standards with no lift but it is doable and we did not have a problem with it. The host was kind, met us during check in and asked us if we needed anything during our stay. He was also quick to reply to our questions. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!
