Colleen & Kerri stayed up late to greet us which was appreciated( not too mention the electric blankets were on !). Richmond turned out lovely weather for us & we enjoyed a yummy breakfast while admiring the view & sitting in the morning sun .great to have our own access & not have to go through the house.

Great stay in the Annexe and many thanks to Colleen and Kerry for their hospitality. We loved the garden and the area. The cicada chorus was impressive and breakfast on the deck was memorable.

Truly a treehouse with beautiful views of the bay and a garden you can get lost wandering in! We loved our stay and were treated to fresh local berries and wonderful hosts. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Annex. Colleen and Kerry were both very friendly and great to chat with. The Annex itself is very comfortable and cosy and also has a great view out over the bay. It's an easy drive into Nelson and also to local attractions such as Rabbit Island. Colleen and Kerry also put on a generous breakfast inside their warm home which was enjoyed each day we were there.

One of the best things about Airbnb is the people you meet. The hosts are full of local knowledge and always willing to help you plan your trip and get the best out of local area. Colleen and Kerry are all the best you would expect from an Airbnb experience. They are a charming, warm, friendly, fascinating couple with a passion for life. All in all great company, humorous, interesting, full of local knowledge we could have easily sent days chatting with then. The annex is very full of characters, comfortable, clean with good facilities, with a great high level view over the city. The breakfast was great, my wife says delicious, yummy and healthy. We highly recommend Colleen and Kerry as a host and the house for its amenities and it's location. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer enjoying their company and explore all the areas they recommended. Thank you for a lovely time. All the best Martin & Katja

I am very interested in the Arts and I am currently the Chair of the Adam festival of Chamber Music. I am also on the Board of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. My professional career was in Music. I love my garden, tramping and cycling and am a keen swimmer. My two grand children are delightful and I am always pleased to spend time with them. My two children have returned form overseas and live close by. My husband has been the Mayor of both Nelson and the Tasman District so local government has played a big part of our lives. I love good food and wine and the company of lovely people.
