Check in for an easy relaxing stay with all that you need at hand in a cute sunlit apartment with views onto the gardens.
The patio out the front is perfect for kicking back and watching the sun go down whilst the back door affords access to beautiful terraced gardens and outdoor dining.
NB: There is one Adult room (queen sized bed) and one child's room. The second child's bed is either a sofa bed or a matteress on the floor.
Supplements for more than 2 adults are $10 per child under 12 per night. (Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children)
You have your own private entry through the side gate. This patio flanked by olive trees is the perfect spot to sit in the evenings as the sun sets.
Out the back door, there is a large undercover outdoor dining area and a terraced back yard with room for the kids to run around, whilst parents rest on the seat under the roses. Some fresh salad leaves and herbs may be in season. There are ample clotheslines under cover and a Hill's Hoist (a traditional Aussie backyard item) for those beach towels, swimsuits and other laundry.
Interaction with guests
Shan will normally be available for most of your stay and would love to see you enjoy your time at the Sanctuary. Shan lives in the adjoining main house.

Other things to note
If your child(ren) are too large for the child's room, I can arrange a comfortable sofa bed or mattress for them at no extra cost.

Please leave your shoes outside or just inside the door.
We avoid the use of harsh chemicals and ask that you please refrain from using strong scents or sprays in the apartment.
No guests please, unless by prior arrangement.
No smoking or illicit drugs anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
WiFi available is 1GB per week. An increase is available by arrangement and a fee may apply.
Please park in front of the main house and keep the garage access clear (or on the verge).
Please help conserve our resources:
* Electricity - please turn off everything that is not in use, especially heat lamps and air conditioner.
- Air conditioner to be set to 19-20C on heat and 25C on cool and turned off when going to bed or leaving the apartment.
* Water - short showers, use the half flush if possible please. The grass will love you for using the outdoor shower on the blue hose. :-)
* Compost - all food scraps to go in the large compost bin just to the left of the back door path please. There is a small compost bin in kitchen for convenience.
* Recycling - please put clean plastic bags aside for re-use, line bin with newspaper provided not plastic bags, recyclable items go into the yellow bin out the front.
Please turn on the exhaust fans when showering and cooking.
Please keep the black gate closed and clipped at all times and lock all doors and windows when you are out or leave.
Please leave the apartment as you found it - furniture placement, dishes cleaned and put away, bins emptied, wet towels hung up, etc.
