Shaped like the male anatomy there is a queen bed in the ball sack. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, fire pit, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife.

Seven additional rentals on the property if the Male Hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The space
Base Camp and Last Hurrah are remote. Similar landscape to Canyonlands, without all the people. Lots of big horn and mule deer. Two side by sides, nine kayaks, and endless hiking and climbing. Two disc golf courses with fearsome reputations. Fossils, dinosaur tracks, Indian artifacts, petroglyphs, finger canyons, and center to the Jackson Hole trail, Chicken Corner, Lockhart Basin, Hurrah Pass, and close to the Wind Caves and all the bicycle trails on the Amasa Back. View of Dead Horse Point, Canyonlands, Anti-Cline, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Large security tortoise, all kinds of squirrels, chipmunks, at least 54 species of birds, and in the evenings ringtails, skunks, raccoons, and fox come to the lodge porch to eat. No it's not dangerous for kids. The night sky is amazing. It's doubtful you've ever seen so many stars and the Milky Way is a nightly occurrence for much of the year.

During your stay

It's rare when I'm not on the property somewhere. Everyone has a walkie talkie or access to one. I always have mine with me and always turned on. If you need anything I'm available. I can give you hand drawn maps (the professional ones are wrong) of hikes you can do, side by side journeys you can go on, kayak trips, or where your best chance to find fossils or see critters is. If you ask and I'm available I'm happy to go with you.
