We make sure that we're constantly in touch with all our guests & take regular feedback's to improve at every step. We provide each villa with an individual villa assistant who is available from 9 A.M. till 6 P.M. everyday & a 24 hours manager on call which makes operations hassle free.

- If there is any untoward incident, the management will take legal action & your booking will be cancelled at that very moment without any refund.

- Silence will have to be maintained in public area's during day & night & also in the rooms after 10 P.M. Loud music is strictly prohibited.

- Swimming pool facility can be availed with proper costumes only. Also for non-swimmers, there is no life-guard on the premises, hence the management will not take any responsibility incase there is a drowning incident.

- Xerox copies of all the guests Valid I.D. proof will have to be handed over to the staff handling your check-in. This is mandatory as per the latest Government rules in Goa.

Review: Pros: 1.The property location was excellent. 2. Located in a gated community is good. The place is secure and has a good feel. 3. Amar the house keeper was amazing and very helpful. 4. Food arrangements can be made at the bungalow, and Rekha the cook was excellent at additional cost. Cons: 1. The house itself needs more upkeep. There are no shower curtains in any bathrooms. The entire bathroom gets wet. 2. There is no exhaust is any bathroom too. 3. The bathroom fixtures are all old and needs replacement. The towels are old and need replacement. 4. The phone signal in the house is almost non existing. Internet is at 1MBps 5. There is a restaurant inside the complex but the bungalow renters were not allowed to eat there. Apparently the owner did not join the others owners in the complex and did not contribute to the restaurant forcing them to shut us out. Very disappointing as we feel left out and outcast. The owner should work this out with the other villas and the management to let his tenants use the restaurant.

Hi Mr. Malay, thank you for your valuable feedback. We look to implement your suggestions with respect to washroom up-gradation & will enact upon it asap . With respect to the restaurant, for your & other future guests better knowledge- we've had some really bad reviews about it from our previous guests, hence they would instead start blaming us presuming that it was our responsibility with regards to quality of food & service being provided there even though we had no role or money to make out of it. From thereon we & all other villa owners whose villa is not managed by this builder went into a pact that we will not use there restaurant at all. To compensate for the same, we provide a fully operational kitchen, chargeable cook facility & food delivery services to the villa. These are indeed homestays, hence listed on Airbnb & other villa sites so we always advise that a person looking to book a hotel with a restaurant service should not book from this website. We're glad you gave us a chance to host you & we look forward to having you in the future as well!

Villa was maintained very well. No breakfast, no WiFi, only 3 bottles of water (for 9 guests) was a little inconvenient. Overall a fantastic experience. Care taker was very polite and friendly. Must visit for a big group of people. Better get a cab and reach the place.

In 2014 we started our rentals management business & named the company "Haven N Hearth" (HnH) with the main focus being on managing short & long term rentals while offering quality accommodation to our guests from around the world & generating returns beyond expectations for our investors.
Properties that we manage are carefully selected after an in-depth audit considering factors like location, proximity to the best hangouts, approach to the property, compatibility with permanent residents & most importantly inventory.

We only start managing a property once we have whole sole control of availability & the operational bit to avoid any sort of discrepancies or discomfort to our guests. We let the owners furnish there respective villas & apartments to add a true home stay feel yet there is a standardisation list which the owners must have looking into our guests comfort.

The main problem that we're solving here is that not only a group of 4,6 or 8 can stay in the same serviced apartment or villa, you also pay the same price as on double occupancy in a regular star category hotel.

As of now we're operational only in North Goa & the Two properties that we're managing are:

-White Square Nirvana (3BHK Villas)

- Ivy Retreat, Baga- Serviced Apartments(Studio, 1 & 2BHK's)

- Woodside, Baga (Coming up shortly in 2017)
