Our Loft is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown San Diego’s East Village neighborhood. The apartment is a very unique loft that is comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated with lots of character and tons of art. You will find a mix of brand new contemporary and mid-century modern furniture. We have an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen that consists of a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. We also provide a mini bar that includes everything you need from liquor (in the freezer) to shakers, bitters, mixers and everything you need to make yourself a killer cocktail.

Guest Acces into our building - I typically meet with our guests in person but in the event I am traveling or unable to do so I can easily buzz you into our building remotely.
Guest Access to our unit - We have an Smart Lock which completely illiminates the need for keys! An electronic key will be sent to your iOs or Android device which you can use to gain access to our unit.
Interaction with guests
As good hosts we strive to show our guests our hospitality and provide an exceptional experience during your stay in San Diego, and we are happy to help at any time by phone/text/email. I typically reach out to our guests the day before the reservation to introduce myself, discuss arrival times, the check in process and on the day of, I will meet you personally to hand over keys and give you a quick walk through of our unit. Apart from that we stay out of your hair unless you need to reach out to us for anything at anytime. I am also more than happy to share with you our recommendations for good food, drinks and local attractions/events, whether you are looking for something economical or if you’re feeling a little spendy, I’ve got you covered!
Other things to note
A few important notes:
— On hot days in the summer, the interior can sometimes get very warm, but even on the hottest days San Diego cools off in the evenings. There is a window unit AC in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom that will keep you comfortable.
— As expected with city living, street noises although not too loud, can be heard to a certain extend in this unit. There is also currently construction going on across the street which causes some noise as well. If you’re a light sleeper, we can certainly provide you with some ear plugs.
This is no smoking and no pets allowed at this property, and is not a location for hosting large groups/parties. As with all AirBNB properties, please treat our space as you would your own & respect the neighbors.

NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit
NOISE: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM (week) and 11PM - 9AM (weekends).
NO LARGE GATHERINGS/PARTIES
VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 5 individuals during your stay.
NO LIT CANDLES -- We have electric battery-operated candles for all your mood-lighting needs :)
NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property is you are found in violation of this.
DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
GUESTS: For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a photograph).
