The house is situated on the edge of a very pretty village easily accessible from the N141. The views are rural as there is a lime-tree avenue leading to the local manor house, which separates the grounds from the rest of the village. There is a bar/restaurant just up the road which is perfect for an early evening drink and cheap lunch. The boulangerie sells fresh bread, pastries and sweets, and the owner will make you feel very welcome when you collect your bread and pastries each morning.
This house is purpose built for multi-generational holidays. Bring babies and grandparents...everybody is sure to have a wonderful holiday! Swim toys/aids and inflatables are provided, also baby and toddler swim vests which are checked and washed at the start of each season.
The whole house and grounds are yours to use.
Interaction with guests
There is a landline in the house and you can call us any time you need to. You can also use it to call landlines only in the UK. We have English caretakers and French pool engineers who will call out when needed.
Other things to note
Wifi is free to use, and we have basic Sky TV. There are lots of family games and children's games, toys and books. This house was built for our family of 4 generations so you will find absolutely anything you could possibly need. However, our grandchildren are getting a bit older now so spend most of every day in the pool, whatever the weather. They will tear themselves away for the Aventure Parc, go-carting or kayaking though!
