This private secure room with ensuite is located a five minute walk from the idyllic Sunrise Beach. Easy access is through a cutting and underpass. There's no better place for a morning walk. Whale sightings in winter are very common. The room is light and airy with a garden outlook and has its own private entrance through screened sliding glass doors for guests to come and go as they please.
Parking is on the street. It's a quiet neighbourhood and you can hear the waves at night.
The room has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. Spare blankets and bedding are also stored here. The bed has a bedside shelf with lamp and a chair. The supplied bedding includes a queensize quilt, four pillows, large cushion and blankets. Towels and bathmat are also included. The room is fully screened and the door screen is security locked so you can leave the sliding door open at night or during the day safely.
Tea, coffee, sugar and a kettle is provided for your use. There is a small refrigerator in the wardrobe for guest use. Please empty it on check out.
Books are available for your use - or feel free to take one and leave one of your own behind for another guest
The room is isolated securely from the rest of the house so you will be private. There is no access to the other rooms of the house. Feel free to use the garden and solar heated pool as you wish. There are some lovely sunny spots at different times of the day.
Interaction with guests
I work during the day but am readily contactable by phone or through the Airbnb app. If I'm home then feel free to pop around and knock on the front door.
