The Lodge is an elegant, modern log cabin in the village of Bedlam near to the historic town of Ludlow in Shropshire.

With its open plan layout and outside covered barbecue area, this property is ideal for a family holiday.

The open plan living area contains eloquent, majestic decor, full of whites, pinks and wooden furniturem this lodge is fabulously combining the traditional with the modern.

The well-furnished kitchen looks like that of a stately home with all of the equipment you could need in a secluded log cabin.

The open plan design really makes this property feel homely and comforting, as well as the comfortable seating and wood burning stove in the sitting room.

Towards the back of the log cabin sits two large, fashionable bedrooms complete with dressing tables and delicate floral curtains and bed linen.

The bathroom presents a large shower in a classy, aesthetic room complete with a heated towel rail and simple, stylish decor.

The outside bares some of this property's best assets, boasting a hot tub and an undercover kitchen area, complete with a BBQ, fridge/freezer and comfy seating, making this into an astonishingly well designed property.

If you manage to get out of this breathtaking log cabin, the market town of Ludlow has plenty to show, ranging from stunning views to rivers and countryside, it is home to many markets and Ludlow castle.

Within driving distance stand impressive locations of Hereford and Shrewsbury, places with great history and interest to make your trip just that extra bit special.

Overall an incredible property set in an amazing location.

We had a lovely few days at Marie's cabin. The views are stunning & so are the surrounding walks (perfect for our dog!). Marie was always quick to reply to messages and very helpful with advice once we'd arrived. The hot tub was a fab luxury :-) Stylish & spotlessly clean accommodation. We will be back! Thanks Marie X

Fabulous place to come and recharge your batteries. Comfy beds, cozy lounge, hot tub, peace and amazing views. Lovely to be able to walk from the door and enjoy the interesting quarry remains on the hill. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this lodge with our 2 kids and 2 dogs and had the loveliest time. The lodge is beautiful, even better than the pictures, and although we didn't get much use out of the outdoor space with storm Brian blowing over, it looked fantastic. We spent a day visiting the local town of Ludlow which has lots of shops, both independent and high street, and the remaining time just chilling in the lodge. The open space offered plenty of fun for the kids and dogs and the views are spectacular! It was just what we needed and we'll most likely be returning next year in the warmer months to make the most of the hot tub and bbq area! Can highly recommend!

I couldn't recommend this gorgeous cabin more. It has everything you need for a secluded, luxurious getaway. The views are absolutely outstanding - some of the most beautiful I've seen (especially from the wonderful hot tub!), the outside living area was a hidden bonus and such a cosy place to be by the fire with some hot choc at the end of the day, and the cabin itself was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. There are fab walks literally on your doorstep, and beautiful villages and towns close by. If we had stayed longer we would have like to have explored Ludlow more as locals told us it was well worth a visit - especially for foodies. There is also hundreds of years of such interesting history at Cleehill and the surrounding area - so for anyone who is that way inclined I would say it's well worth looking into! Marie was such a delightful host - always more than happy to help and make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. She also left a lovely bottle of wine to start us off which was much appreciated! This place is well worth a visit - somewhere we would definitely love to book again!
