The friendly service team on site is there for you to discuss the many options available for adventure or relaxation in the area or arrange restaurant reservations, cleaning, car rentals, grocery shopping, personal chef, in home spa and much more
•Late Check out and early Check in have to be discussed and paid for in advance.
•The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time during reservation.
•Guests not staying in Phase I condos are not allowed to use the common areas of Phase I
•Phase I guests are not allowed to use Phase II common areas.
•Tenants must follow the "grill cleaning instructions" posted at the barbecue area
•Owner does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal property of the Renter. (Owner will return any missing items found.)
•Renter will pay for repairs of any damage, they or their guests have caused.
•Renter must be over 25 years of age.
•The unit is a NON Smoking Unit. Smoking in the common areas is forbidden
•Pets are not permitted under any conditions.
•Children must be supervised at all times.
•The Jacuzzi is for adults use only.
•No glass is allowed in the pool area
•Diving into the pool and horse play- is not permitted. Toys that may disturb others and leaving any unattended objects in the pool area is not allowed
•Obnoxious behavior or excessive alcohol drinking will not be permitted
•Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
•Hanging towels, clothes or any items over the balcony is forbidden
•Keep the AC controllers above 74 degrees, and please turn the AC off when you leave the unit.
•When driving within the Sub-Condominium and Master Condominium, a 10 Mile per hour speed limit will be observed
•Renter hereby acknowledges that they have read the House Rules, understand it, agree to it, and have taken a copy
