We are proud to introduce the newest member of our family here in Killington, a spectacular 5,500 sq. ft. property known as The Top Star House. This special property is brand new and located in the heart of Killington, providing a unique opportunity to walk to the very best night clubs, restruants and shopping here at the resort! Everything in this home is brand new and top of the line! There are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, offering sleeping for up to 16 people. The home features a pool table, foosball table and a brand new nine person hot tub spa with views of the ski trails.
There is a BBQ grill on the outside deck and this property presents two kitchens inside of the home. The primary kitchen is commercial and features a full sized Garland Stove and cook top, with hood. The second kitchen is full sized and works well in supporting large groups. There are three living rooms in this house and all of the furniture is high end and brand new! This executive retreat will impress your clients and pamper those who enjoy the finer things in life! The Top Star House is supported by our legendary customer service and we look forward to your future visit!
The entire house is available for rent, include the outdoor hot tub exclusively to the guests.

Other things to note
Special events are allowed on the property as long as there is a full disclousure of the type of event and the total # of people.
- No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
- 3-night minimum stay midweek (year around).
- NYE 4 night minimum stay.
- Winter Season, 3-night minimum stay weekends, 3-night minimum stay midweeks.
- For arrivals starting on December 1st to April 1st, reservations arriving from December 1st to April 1st will be not charge of the cleaning fee, instead, 13% of the total booking price will be added. Taxes will be added after that amount: 10%.
- No shoes in the house.
- No smoking in the house.
- Do not over occupy the house. A number of guests must be disclosed prior to booking. Overoccupancy is subject to a fee.
- Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pet must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you bring a pet without authorization, your security deposit will be forfeit.
- Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests use of the hot tub spa.
