Becks beautiful house on the edge of the National Park is cosy and stylishly furnished, with top end appliances and super comfy beds. We were well entertained by the cockatoos on the deck, especially as they spied on us at breakfast! The backyard is wonderful for small folk to explore, while indoors they were kept busy with a great supply of toys, and in the evenings for the grown ups- Netflix. Special mention to the delicious slow drip coffee percolator. Becks place is just a short drive to Upper Ferntree Gully train station and shops, our five year old and I even made the trip by foot through the forest. Easy access to the 1000 stairs was also a bonus! Beck is a lovely host- so easy to deal with and was only a quick message away if we had any questions. We absolutely loved our stay, and would highly recommend this amazing hideaway on the hill.
