The charming and comfortable small apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It is 45 square meters and consists of a large, bright room with parquet flooring, a kitchen and dining area, a living and sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa bed, a hallway and a bathroom with a bath. The apartment is furnished with wooden furniture cozy and lovingly furnished. It is very suitable for couples or solo travelers.
The beds are made of high quality natural material and very comfortable. Crockery and all linen are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped (sink, dishwasher, hotplate, oven and fridge). In the living area there is a big TV as well as W-LAN.
The beautiful, quiet apartment is located in the Seminarhaus scenario where regular seminars and yoga classes take place. Our house also houses another holiday apartment and a production facility for puppet playing.
- These simple rules are for us and most other people really self-evident and should only serve as a guide. They are located in the guest apartment. With their signature the tenants confirm that they have read it and accept it. 1. The arrival is possible from 3 pm, the departure has to be done by 11 am. Other times require prior consultation. 2. The tenant is not allowed to accommodate more persons in the apartment than in the rental agreement. Visits are allowed by arrangement. 3. For the agreed rental period, the tenant receives a key for the outer front door, the inner front door and the apartment door of the guest apartment. The outer and inner front doors must never be closed so that access to the house is always possible for other users using the door code. 4. The rent includes linen and towels. There is a weekly cleaning with change of towels. The bed linen is changed every 14 days. 5. The hirer pays attention to the observance of the night rest at 11 pm. Because of the seminar operation in the house, the room volume can not be exceeded, for example by music and TV sets, door knocking, shouting, child noise, etc. No parties can be organized. 6. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. In the event of an infringement, the renter will be charged for the cleaning of all fabrics, carpets and upholstery (a flat rate of 300 € per room). 7. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 8. The apartment can only be entered with house shoes. Street shoes are to be parked in front of the guest apartment. 9. The tenant shall ensure that the rooms are adequately ventilated. When leaving the apartment all windows must be closed, at least in the summer. During the heating period, the following applies: It may only be ventilated in a pulsed manner. For the time of ventilation, the radiators must be set to "0". 10. The Lessee is careful to handle the apartment and the entire inventory carefully. No sharp-edged objects may be parked or moved on the parquet. Also the furniture (especially beds and cabinets) must not be moved. 11. Losses or damage to the inventory, which the tenant has incurred, will be invoiced to the tenant. All damages are to be communicated immediately to the landlord. 12. The tenant leaves the apartment in tidy condition. The tenant is responsible for the disposal of the garbage. The waste must be disposed of separately (inscription on the waste bin). 13. The tenant gets a W-Lan access as a guest with the following restrictions: Only surfing and mailing are allowed. 14. In case of non-compliance with the rental conditions, in particular in points 2, 5, 6, and 10, the lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice.
