This modern farmhouse style vacation home is your ultimate charming rustic getaway. It is located in Numana farm, an organic family farm in Bulacan, just a mere 1.5 hours drive from Quezon City. It's good for 6-10 pax, you get an air-conditioned living area, 2 cosy rooms with high quality towels & linens, at a fraction of a hotel cost. It's a serene place to go to, provides great escape from the city. Perfect for staycation, reunions and get-togethers. Great for kids and fur-babies/pets as well!

The space

Numana (new-mana) is a family farm that offers leisure farm stays and organically-grown fruits & vegetables fresh from the farm. Everything is homegrown from the heart.

We also have another listing in the same area that can accomodate up to 3 pax: Kubo, your charming modern native house!

Guest access

Guests can access a fully-functional kitchen with a small toilet and bath. You can also access the Lanai, an open space where you and your family can eat, bond and play board games.

Interaction with guests

Have a glimpse of the simple farm life through these activities. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to experience any of these:
-If it’s harvest season, you can pick-and-pay vegetables and seasonal fruits in the farm
-An outdoor cinema experience (your own HDMI-compatible laptop and own movie file)
-Farm life experience for kids: experience seedling, planting, feeding the animals
-We are also open to intimate family events, pre-nups, family shoots

Other things to note

We have farm staff available to cook for you (simple Filipino viands, spaghetti, chinese noodles) or for simple errands with no extra charge. Please bring your own ingredients. Restaurants are quite far so we suggest you bring your own food or enjoy farm-to-table dining depending on what's available for harvest in the farm.

This is still a farm so expect there are flies, insects, dogs barking, birds chirping, roosters crowing and there’s that rustic smell of a farm. We have farm dogs and chickens that roam free. If you are sensitive to sounds, please bring earplugs. In case you are sensitive to the smell, we have an air purifier and scented oil, room sprays in our farm kit that you can use. However, these are all a gift from mother nature, and we suggest you go out and experience it. We love it.

We have a farm kit available that has sanitizers, lotion, sunblock, and citronella spray for mosquitos. We also provide toiletries in our guest kit (small soap, extra toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, toilet papers). We will provide fresh towels and linens.

As this is an organic farm, smoking is prohibited in the farm production area. We have a designated smoking area. Please also clean as you go, and no littering.

Numana Farm is highly recommended! For less than 2 hours from Manila, you'll be able to enjoy farm experience - the silence, fresh air, and insect sounds. We stayed at their neat, clean and cosy Casita. Minimalist as described but the ornaments were intricately picked which adds charm that matches exquisitely to the homey vibe. Beds are comfortable we're able to relax and have lots of sleep. Provided were hotel quality sheets, towels and toiletries. Their kitchen and utensils are very nice and complete, they even have a pantry. Board games are also available. The place is more than what you expect. We enjoyed lettuce and rambutan picking, and the bonfire at night is fun. Amy is so generous that she gave us coupons for the next trip and Smores for free!!! She's very kind and hospitable as if she's welcoming a close relative. Ate Len and Kuya Joseph were also accommodating, assist us in the kitchen and educate us a few on organic farming. It's a long weekend well spent! Me and my friends had a great time staying here and will definitely come back.

The place might be a little far from commercial establishments, but that's exactly what you'll love it for. It's in a huge estate that's also home to an organic farm and a dog retirement center. Both you and your fur babies will feel at home. Don't be fooled by the rocky roads and rural surroundings. This Airbnb is a five-star experience for its unusual location. The sheets will make you want to sleep all day, the restrooms will make you want to shower all day, and the rest of the property is just a great idea for families or couples looking for an escape from crazy urban life. Highly recommend for a weekend of relaxation and quality time with loved ones.

As promised, I went back to Amy and Stephen's farm after just 3 months. My mom, brother and our 2 dogs stayed in the newly renovated Casita. We loved Casita's interior, hotel-quality sheets and homey vibe! Their caretakers, Ate Len and Kuya Joseph, were very accommodating. We woke up the next morning with a full breakfast prepared (c/o Ate Len). Even our dogs slept through most of the weekend which is unusual because it takes a while for then to get used to new environments. Weekend well spent!

Amy User Profile

We are Stephen and Amy, husband and wife, IT Professionals, marathoners, and recently, have discovered our love for land through organic farming. We both love the simplest things: drinking tea, the sound of crickets, binge-watching and the quiet and steady life. We love travelling, adventures and coming home to our 4 year-old mini schnauzer, Cooper.
