Interaction with guests
If I am staying at this location during the guests stay I am available as needed. In most cases I will be working 10 minutes away at my studio or at my apartment in Athens, Ga. which is an hour and 20 minutes away.
Other things to note
The neighborhood is quiet and has mostly working class or retired citizens. During midday airplane traffic is more likely.
Guests staying 3 or more nights that use the washer and dryer must provide their own detergent and fabric softener. If a guest has a visitor that stays overnight they must be cleared by airbnb and added as an extra guest.
