Sebastian is an excellent host! Pre-arrival communication was easy and he was there on arrival, although we were a little bit late. Sebastian is kind, easy going and willing to go the extra miles to help us. The room is as described in the listing, everything is available for our stay. The room is in a superb location: quiet neighborhood but close to CBD - really handy for us who needed to be around the hospital during our stay. Highly recommended!

Sebastian and Ali are good hosts. The area is very nice and quiet, 15-20min walk to Victoria Markets and a few tram stops away from the city centre. Me and my friend Emma were located in the house next door which is being renovated at the moment but we didn't experience any difficulties regarding that. The house was cold but then again we had a heater in our room which was great. The shower was very good, too. We had the house mostly to ourselves which gave us a lot of privacy- much needed after staying in hostels! Overall I would recommend this place, good value for money if you travel on a budget!
